After reaching an agreement with Illidan, Patrick and the two Demon Hunters, Loramus and Altruis, teleported straight back to Sunspring Watchpost.
The Blood Elves at Sunspring Watchpost saw the camp's magical sentry post emit a bright white light, and the figures of Patrick and his two companions appeared in the center of the magic circle.
What Patrick had not expected, however, was that a Naaru had appeared in the center of the Blood Elf camp-and a Naaru in its dark form at that.
"What is this?" Looking at the Naaru trapped within layers of magic circles, Patrick could not help asking curiously.
"Lord Regent, this is a Naaru we recently captured inside the Orcs' Holy Mountain. Its name is K'ure," a soldier standing guard nearby answered Patrick's question.
"Lord Regent." Mathis approached. "Earlier, we helped the Orcs reclaim Oshu'gun. When we entered its interior, we discovered a Naaru hidden there, on the verge of dissipating. After stabilizing its condition, we brought it back to camp."

"Yes," Patrick admitted outright. His preparations in Outland were nearly complete, so what was the point of staying? "I will lead the troops to Zangarmarsh, then return to Azeroth."
With confirmation that the Blood Elf forces were leaving, Garrosh and Jorin still felt somewhat reluctant. Although Forge Camp: Fear and Forge Camp: Hate had been destroyed, Conqueror Razelikh at Twilight Ridge had not been eliminated, meaning the two Forge Camps would rise
