(I got back late, so the update was late.)
Looking at the restless orcs, Varedis spoke up. "Wait a little longer. Perhaps there will be..."
Before Varedis could finish, lava gushed out of the sanctum's cavern, carrying out quite a few skeletons and Scourge necromancers with it. The ordinary necromancers could not withstand the lava's heat, and their bodies instantly caught fire. The skeletons melted in the intense heat, ultimately turning to ash.

Although black dragons were evil, they had no fondness for the corpse-defiling Scourge. When Onyxia saw those necromancers preparing to enslave the bodies of the black dragons' ancestors, she unhesitatingly used the black dragons' racial power, the blessing of the Titan Khaz'goroth: the power to command the earth. "Who dares ruin the great work of the Cult of the Damned?" Surrounded by lava, Rotting One Losen clearly had considerable strength. A layer of shadow energy enveloped his body, and the lava outside did not affect him. His plan to resurrect the black dragon corpses as lava dragons, however, had fallen through.
When Rotting One Losen raised his head and saw everyone watching him from the surrounding high ground-high elves, night elves, orcs, and blue dragons-he immediately realized he was in trouble.
"The Cult of the Damned?" A mocking smile curled Varedis's lips. "Today is the day you die. The lava here will give you a perfect funeral."
Varedis was not afraid of that
