The one-handed mace Cosmic Infuser's Holy Nova, the battle-axe Devastation's Whirlwind, the longbow Netherstrand's Multi-Shot, and the Disintegration Staff's Frost Nova were already slaughtering their way through the Scourge.
Controlling these weapons, Kael'thas met virtually no resistance. Ordinary undead were not even enough to keep him occupied.
"Insignificant mortal, you have entered the halls of death." The Vrykul Highlord Joseph looked at Patrick before him.
"Lich King, aren't you going to come out yourself?" Patrick paid no attention whatsoever to the Vrykul lord.
Since the Lich King could directly command souls and control the bodies of the Scourge's members, the undead's conversations with Patrick could naturally reach the Lich King's mind. Patrick therefore intended to provoke him.
"How could an ant understand the master's greatness?" Highlord Joseph continued to praise the Lich King.
Why wasn't he charging forward to attack? Because when he rushed up to Patrick, a layer of Spatial Restraint blocked him, preventing him from advancing another inch.
"We've already fought our way to your doorstep. Where else can you run?" Patrick said disdainfully. "Soon, we'll storm Icecrown Citadel and make you pay in blood."
"You defeated wretches. The moment you step into Icecrown Citadel will be the moment you die." Highlord Joseph-no, the Lich King-finally could not resist speaking.
"I hope you can still say that when you see us at the Frozen Throne." Patrick was unbothered. The Lich King was certain to die. Not a single person here, whoever they were, would spare his life.
"Hahaha! I'll be delighted when that happens, because the Scourge will gain another batch of recruits." After speaking, he paused, his expression turning smug. "You'll make a fine lich."
"Then I look forward to seeing you face the Northern Expeditionary Force of all Azeroth at the Frozen Throne.
