"The flower of darkness is blooming." Teron Gorefiend casually drained another Twilight Cultist dry. With his withered face and glaring scarlet armor, he looked like death incarnate. "I never imagined that one day I would fight for Azeroth, even if it was Lord Illidan's command."
Teron Gorefiend thought back to when he had been Ner'zhul's trusted subordinate and part of the vanguard of the Horde's invasion of Azeroth. He had never expected that, after following Illidan back to Azeroth, he would become one of its protectors.
This world really was rather absurd.
"Don't bother thinking about useless things. Just obey Lord Illidan's orders," Gurtogg Bloodboil said scornfully beside him. "All I care about is whether those enemies' skulls are hard enough."

Behind Vareless, the former Illidari Council appeared once more. Gathios the Shatterer, Duchess Malande, and High Nethermancer Sailervor now stood on the same battle line. Though all four were high-ranking nobles of Quel'Thalas, their ability to lead troops was considerable, and their own strength was fully assured as well.
