The old man stared in the direction Lu Ren had gone, unable to collect himself for a long time.
The strange aura of the Dao around Lu Ren troubled him most of all.

"Find out who those two were!"

The steward hurried away.
The Black Crocodile Merchant Guild had established itself in the Prince Mu River Region's largest black market. Naturally, it had an intelligence network of its own.

The steward rushed back.
"I found out!"
"Oh?"
The old man looked up at once.
The steward lowered his voice. "The guards at the docks said that the young man and woman most likely came from the Underworld Realm!"
"The Underworld Realm?"
The old man's pupils contracted sharply.
"Are you certain?"
"Almost certain!"
The steward continued, "According to the guards, the young man released an aura of the Dao that carried Ghost Dao Power. He also spoke as though he didn't hold Black Crocodile Island in the slightest regard. He may well come from a major power in the Underworld Realm!"
The shock on the old man's face only deepened.
