During their flight, Sakura kept glancing at Kikyo, hesitating to speak.
When Kikyo noticed, she smiled and asked, "Sakura, what's wrong? Are you scared because it's your first time flying? Would you like to hold my hand?"
"Oh, no, that's not it." Sakura thought for a moment before asking, "During the battle earlier, I noticed you copied the enemy's Ninjutsu. Did you use the Sharingan?"
"Yes. Dad's matchmaking flyers were all over the village. You must have seen them, right? As his daughter, I successfully inherited that power too."
As she spoke, Kikyo activated her Three-Tomoe Sharingan in front of Sakura.
"So it really is." Sakura forced a smile and fell into thought.
Lord Hokage wasn't blinded by personal feelings. Anyo and Kikyo really do have the Uchiha Clan's bloodline. But why did Sasuke say that back then, and even get so furious? There must be some misunderstanding between them that I don't know about. Sigh, how should I put it?
Sakura's heart was filled with worry. Kikyo glanced at her a few times and noticed something was on her mind, but felt it would be inappropriate to pry.
After they had flown some distance, Anyo stopped up ahead.
Before them stood a huge, pitch-black castle built atop an iceberg. Through his soul perception, he sensed that Princess Koyuki and Naruto were both inside.
"So quiet. Looks like Naruto's been discovered. He might even be locked up." Anyo knew Naruto well. Unless he had lost the ability to move, he would most likely have turned this place upside down already.
Kikyo flew over and asked, "What should we do? Sneak inside?"
"Yes." Anyo gave his instructions. "Those two should be in the castle's dungeon. You and Sakura handle the rescue. As for me, I'll go meet that king's younger brother."
