The production team informed them that they had filming scheduled for tomorrow morning. Upon learning that they would be going to an amusement park, everyone prepared to retire to their rooms.
After they had eaten a little, Fu Hanchuan was still downstairs tidying up. Wen Yanyu held the plush puppy, which looked as good as new after both dogs had taken turns working on it. He had just reached the bed when someone knocked.
He thought Fu Hanchuan had come upstairs.
He was wondering why he did not simply open the door.
Wen Yanyu put down the puppy and opened the door.
He found himself facing Jiang Wanrou, who was pacing anxiously outside.
"Fu..." Wen Yanyu's voice caught. He forcibly swallowed the complaint about to leave his lips. "Aunt Jiang?"
"Is something the matter?" Wen Yanyu asked curiously.
Jiang Wanrou looked past Wen Yanyu, her gaze lingering for a moment on the piece of clothing on the bed that clearly did not belong to the boy, before she looked up at him.
"I bought lots of snacks. I noticed you barely ate earlier, and it isn't convenient to get food here at night. Keep these in your room so you can eat whenever you get hungry." Jiang Wanrou lifted the bag of snacks slightly.
Then Jiang Wanrou cautiously added, "May I come in?"
Wen Yanyu immediately stepped aside.
"Of course, of course."
Jiang Wanrou entered the room, set the large bag of snacks on the floor, and took them out one by one.
"I get the feeling you don't like sweet things much, just like me. None of the bread I bought is very sweet, but the texture is nice. I thought you would like it."
