"I'm not late, am I?"
Hearing that familiar voice, the three whipped their heads around.
Radeus stood in the shadow of a dead tree, with Betty behind him.
"Master!"
Kuruto's voice was choked with tears. The three were overjoyed; Radeus and the others had been following them all along.

Just then, a tremendous noise came from the direction the pig-headed people had left in.
Boom!
The crash of snapping trees sounded in the distance, and the ground trembled with it.
"There's another big one!"
Radeus spoke to the others.
Rujierd had already gripped his trident, his gaze sharpening. Rudeus instinctively pressed his hand against the shaft of the Pride Water Dragon King, mana quietly gathering, while Eris gripped her cleaver tightly, her expression serious.
They hurried toward the source of the sound.
"You three, come along too."
Radeus called to the three of them, then followed right behind Rujierd.
The closer they got, the more the air smelled sickly sweet and bloody, mixed with the pungent stench of rotting flesh and some sort of acidic bodily fluid that made their
