After passing through the long tunnel, the group reached the Worm Mother's lair. A long female worm loomed before them, making a racket.
It had an obsidian-like carapace, a body over ten meters long and nearly two meters in diameter, and mouthparts that could swallow an entire horse when opened.
It had no eyes, but a ring of sensory feelers around its head pointed toward Radeus and his companions.
"So this is the A-rank Worm Mother? Doesn't look like much to me."
