"All right, stop playing dead and hurry up and hand it over."

Lying on the ground, Sumari's eyelid twitched, but he quickly rearranged his expression into one of innocent confusion.

He struggled to prop up his upper body and looked up at Qin Feng through swollen eyelids, his voice carrying just the right amount of bewilderment.

"Sir, what are you talking about? I don't understand any of it."

Qin Feng stopped speaking and simply looked down at him, the amusement in his eyes slowly fading.

Sumari's heart tightened, but he quickly reassured himself.

Of course he knew what Qin Feng wanted.

It was nothing more than the divine-body resources he had accumulated in his dark plane over tens of thousands of years.

But those things were his capital for making a comeback. How could he possibly hand them over so easily?

Besides, he had already figured it out.

The energy fluctuations coming from Qin Feng were, at most, at the level of a first generation super soldier.

Someone like that couldn't possibly open another person's dark plane.

Unless he was equipped with a Celestial Computer!

But what caliber of existence was a Celestial Computer?

In the entire Angel Civilization, only Kaisa, He Xi, and Liang Bing each had one. Nothing of the sort had ever even been seen on Blue Star.

So as long as he didn't open his dark plane himself, Qin Feng could do nothing to him.

That was his safeguard.

At that thought, Sumari straightened a little and even managed a fawning smile.

"Sir, have you made a mistake? I'm just an exile. I really don't have anything valuable on me. That Dark Silver dagger was already..."

Before he could finish, Qin Feng's lips curved slightly.

"You think there's nothing I can do to you?"

His tone was as casual as if he were commenting on the fine weather.

A chill shot up Sumari's spine.

He was just about to offer a few more excuses when the gene system in his dark plane suddenly began blaring shrill alarms like mad.

Red warning windows flashed wildly in the depths of his consciousness, making his brain throb.

"Warning! Warning! An unknown entity has been detected forcibly analyzing your bodily data!"

"The dark-plane barrier is under external intrusion! Move away immediately! Move away immediately!"

Hearing that, Sumari's face instantly turned as white as paper.

He looked at Qin Feng in terror.

Qin Feng stood where he was without even moving, only a dense stream of golden data flowing through his eyes.

Those numbers and symbols poured down through his pupils like a waterfall, reflecting some kind of computational power operating at high speed, far beyond Sumari's understanding.

A Celestial Computer?

He has a Celestial Computer!

Sumari's mind exploded with a buzz.

He couldn't understand how a kid whose energy fluctuations only reached the level of a first generation super soldier could possibly be equipped with a Celestial Computer.

Such a thing was a strategic resource throughout the entire Known Universe, something even the Three Angel Kings treasured. How did he have one?

But reality was right there before him.

His dark plane was being peeled open layer by layer from the outside.

The encryption defenses he had maintained for tens of thousands of years crumbled like walls made of paper.

"You already have a Celestial Computer. Do you really need these scraps of mine?"

Sumari's voice trembled.

Qin Feng ignored him.

The stream of data in his eyes abruptly accelerated, as though it had completed the final calculation.

He extended his right hand, spread his fingers, and grabbed at empty space.

Sumari's body jerked violently as his dark plane was forced completely open.

Immediately afterward, clumps of material radiating dense energy peeled out of the void, appearing before Qin Feng.

Milky-white crystals condensed to the size of fists, each giving off a gentle, pure light.

Angular chunks of dark-gold material had a liquid-like sheen flowing across their surfaces.

There were also several sealed vials of Gene Serum, their bodies inscribed with ancient angelic writing.

They formed a neatly arranged little pile, refracting magnificent colors in the afternoon sunlight.

Qin Feng's eyes suddenly lit up as he looked at the pile of resources.

"Whoa, damn. This much?"

He crouched and sifted through the crystals, sensing the pure energy fluctuations they emitted, his grin stretching from ear to ear.

These things were enough for him to advance to a third generation super soldier, with some left over.

It seemed Sumari truly lived up to his role as a beginner's gift pack!

Sumari's face was ashen. His lips trembled for a long time before he finally squeezed out a plea. "Sir, you've got everything now. Can you let me go?"

Qin Feng looked up at him, the amusement abruptly vanishing from his eyes.

"Let you go?"

He stood up and dusted off his hands.

"What are you thinking? Why didn't you hand it over when I told you to?"

"I had to do it myself. Do you think there's any way you're getting out of this alive?"

"You... you..."

"What about me? Go in peace."

Qin Feng raised his hand and snapped his fingers crisply.

The next second, a pale-gold energy field appeared out of nowhere around Sumari, enclosing his entire body.

It was a spherical space roughly two meters in diameter, with dark-gold patterns flowing along its inner walls. Its temperature climbed sharply at a visibly rapid rate, and the air began to distort.

"What is this?!!"

Sumari pounded on the energy barrier in terror, but the instant his palms touched its inner wall, the heat made him recoil.

With his hands in his pockets, Qin Feng tilted his head and watched him as though enjoying a show.

"You'll find out soon enough."

He had found this technology in the Deno Three system's knowledge base. It was called Flare Space.

Compared with He Xi's Flare Furnace, it was more like a defective product.

But it was just right for dealing with Sumari!

The temperature rose higher and higher.

Sumari's body began to redden, the edges of his silk nightgown curling and blackening as a scorched smell filled the air.

"Let me out now!"

Sumari's voice was hoarse, his whole body huddled in the center of the energy field like a shrimp roasted red.

"Otherwise, King Hua Ye won't spare any of you! When he returns, every last one of you will..."

"You should worry about yourself first."

Qin Feng calmly interrupted him and applied a mute mode while he was at it.

The final scream cut off abruptly in the air.

Before long, inside the pale-gold energy field, Sumari's body began carbonizing at the edges before finally dissipating completely into the glow.

The energy field contracted silently, leaving only a small pinch of grayish-white powder that the sea breeze scattered.

Qin Feng put all the divine-body resources on the ground into his dark plane and clapped his hands.

After finishing all of this, he turned his head toward the manor's main building and said, "Still haven't seen enough? Do I need to come and invite you out myself?"

The air remained silent for three seconds.

Then that patch of space rippled gently like water, and a golden figure stepped out.

A silver combat suit outlined her slender, well-proportioned figure. Pure-white wings slowly folded behind her, and her long golden hair shone softly in the sunlight.

She took her final step through empty air, her high heels landing on the stone paving with a crisp click, a languid, intrigued smile on her face.

"Hehe, how did you spot me?"

Angel Yan tilted her head, Qin Feng's silhouette reflected in her golden eyes, a hint of curiosity in her voice.
