Once her Fracción had been healed, Tier Harribel received a special pardon from the Captain-Commander and returned to Hueco Mundo to become its new ruler.

Yoriichi looked up and asked seriously, "Wasn't last month's funding already cut down to just enough to buy toilet paper?"

"Then what did they cut this month?"
After a moment of silence, Kira said quietly, "The toilet paper."

Yoriichi put down the account sheet, feeling that things could not possibly get any worse.
With even the toilet paper gone, the cuts to the Third Division's funding had left them with absolutely nothing.
"What reasons did they give for the deductions?"
"Barracks public facility maintenance fees, sponsorship fees for Female Soul Reaper Association activities, and Seireitei beautification fees submitted by the Eighth Division's lieutenant."
Yoriichi raised an eyebrow.
"What does beautification have to do with us?"
"Captain, our division's duties include helping other divisions repair buildings."

"Apparently, the Female Soul Reaper Association built a new meeting room in the Kuchiki Clan's estate."
"Does Captain Kuchiki know?"
