The little fellow lay on the bed, looking this way and that. He ran warmer than an adult, so even when an adult's clothes felt just right, he needed one layer less.
Tetsu no Sosuke worried the boy might get heat rash. He had to rub a little sesame oil into the creases of his tiny hands and feet, between his legs, and around his bottom.
Kanae looked better with each passing day. She couldn't go outside and be exposed to the wind, but she could move freely around the house now.
