Everyone picked up needles while hiding their smiles. Mostly, they found Tetsu no Sosuke's embarrassment rather entertaining.
Even Giyu Tomioka couldn't help sneaking several glances at him. Who knew what he was thinking?
Tetsu no Sosuke stood there awkwardly for ages, but Shinobu Kocho showed no sign of answering. Just as the stalemate dragged on, Ubuyashiki Kagaya's voice rang out. "It's lively here today."

Everyone hurried over to Ubuyashiki Kagaya.
Someone explained what had happened from beginning to end.
Ubuyashiki Kagaya smiled faintly. "Let the Hidden help pick them up."
Someone passed on the order at once, and a group arrived to help collect the needles. The Pillars took their places and went inside together.
It was still too cold outside. Ubuyashiki Kagaya's condition would not allow him to stay in such weather; he was better off indoors.
Most of the routine business involved reviewing and compiling what they already knew. Ubuyashiki Kagaya then discussed some matters from his correspondence with Tetsu no Sosuke, mainly loose ends that needed tying up.
For instance, with the Demon Hunters receiving more equipment, Ubuyashiki Kagaya encouraged Tetsu no Sosuke to keep innovating.
As for the earlier appearance of Tamayo and Yushiro, Ubuyashiki Kagaya did not mention it at all.
Once they had covered everything, the Pillar Meeting ended. Tetsu no Sosuke was about to leave when Ubuyashiki Amane stopped him. "He has something else to discuss with you, but he needs to rest first."
"Then I'll wait outside."
"I've prepared tea for you." Ubuyashiki Amane gave Tetsu no Sosuke no chance to refuse.
