The book has a total of 3.2 million words.
For me, who was still a novice at the time, it was a big challenge. I never thought that I could write a medium-length novel with more than three million words.
The original outline of the story was to end with the scene lighting up the sun and raising the red flag.
This ending was decided from the beginning.
In the original story, there is no space for Hell.
Because of an accident, the book was sealed.
It just so happened that at that time, I was discussing comic book adaptation with an animation company.
The square requirement requires me to write three million words.
So during that time, I began to modify the outline, modify the text content as required, and then added many worldview patches in subsequent updates.
This is the chapter Hell and the following story.
However, the book was later blocked due to reports, and the comic adaptation was aborted as a result.
But I can only bite the bullet and continue writing.
In fact, when I wrote more than two million words, I felt very strenuous.
Daily updates were a kind of torture for me at that time.
Since that time, I rarely get a full night's sleep.
Before I finished it, my editor kept trying to persuade me not to finish it, because luck plays a large part in the success of a book.
I told the editor: I have written all the stories I can write, and writing any more would be like repeating the matryoshka dolls. Doing so would not only be irresponsible to Audience, but it would also be torture for me to write the words myself.
So the book ended at the 3.2 million word mark.
Maybe you will feel that this ending is too rushed.
Actually... your feeling is right.
Because I want this story to land smoothly.
When I was writing the three chapters of the ending of the second volume, I was crying while typing the words.
When I typed the words "End of Volume 2", half of my face was already numb.
His fingers trembled and his arms lost feeling.
Then I sat on the chair and did nothing. I just sat there all night and smoked two full packs of cigarettes.
When I was writing the ending of Volume 4 and the finale, I thought of that night.
So in the fourth volume, Icarus was supposed to fly towards the sun, but I held it back.
Doctor, who was supposed to take the blame for all mankind, was also forcibly saved by me.
In the outline of the initial design.
The sun lit up, but Icarus was gone, Doctor was gone, Gambler went completely crazy and died in front of time, Warden gave up the fusion personality and spent the rest of his life guarding everyone's graves.
Lu Xiao sat alone on Throne of the Divine Hall, looking at the empty seats, there was no smile on his face anymore.
But as I write this, I feel that they shouldn't be like this.
The story shouldn't be like this.
So I waved my hand and changed everyone's ending.
Although I know that doing so will reduce the reputation of this book.
This is indeed the case. After the end of the fourth volume, the rating of this book dropped from 9.5 to 9.3

In fact, I have already written the extra chapter.

It is a complete story that can be submitted as a short story.
After I finished writing, I stored the TXT document on my computer desktop and prepared to upload it on New Year's Eve.
But on New Year's Eve, I clicked on the document and found that the document was empty.
I was totally dumbfounded.
In addition, during that time I encountered great changes in reality.
For nearly half a year, I was completely confused.
Later, I also tried to write several new books, but the results were sluggish and there was no follow-up.
In the six months after the end of the year, I wrote about 500,000 words of scrap manuscripts.
Looking back on the process of writing this book, I gradually transformed from a novice author who knew nothing to an experienced author with some ability.

In fact, this is what I think.
When I was writing this book, because I had no writing skills, even the outline design was very rudimentary.
Now that I know more skills, I feel more restricted when writing.
During this time, I have been adjusting my mentality.
There are also ideas for the design of the new book.
Here I would like to share with you the ideas of the new book.
The new book continues the idea of this book and writes a story about containment.
Some settings will be used, but the world view will be different.
Having said that, the worldview of the new book can also be regarded as the same worldview.
It's just another world view of Universe.
The protagonist is the product of an aborted plan, called (Unfinished God)
Many years after the plan was aborted, the protagonist was recovered and began an adventure about anomalies.
Only a simple setting is revealed here. For the subsequent detailed settings, please move to the main text.
Otherwise, saying too much would be a spoiler.
As expected, the new book unfolds the story from the perspective of group portraits.
However, the first and middle stages will revolve around the perspective of the protagonist.
The new book will also have a little bit of epilepsy, but it is not the kind of epilepsy that is heart-wrenching, nor is it like the blank slate protagonist at the beginning of this book.
