"Flock, how many other kos does this khalasar have besides you? Tell me about its current situation!"
Eren asked Flock, who stood before him.
"Khal, this khalasar has thirty-five thousand people in total, with four kos, each commanding five thousand. We lost some people fighting another khalasar a few days ago, but we defeated them and absorbed quite a few of their people, so we now have twenty-one thousand five hundred who can fight!"
Hearing this, Eren said to Flock:
"I was a member of the khalasar that fought you a few days ago. I received the protection of the gods, came back to life, and gained the strength of a giant!"
Sweat beaded on Flock's forehead when he heard this, and he hurriedly said, "Khal, do you need me to seize the man who hurt you?"
Eren waved a hand and said to Flock,
"No need. He and I killed each other. Although his blade struck my chest and killed me, I cut off his head before I died. Go on."
"This khalasar had four kos in total. Besides me, the other three were Colin, Byron, and Link. Byron was killed outright by the stone you threw earlier, so only Colin and Link remain!"
Eren paused at this, clearly not having expected such a coincidence: one of those killed by his thrown stones had happened to be a ko. But he was dead, and it was no great loss.
After all, in this age of cold steel, especially among these cold-blooded, brutal nomadic tribes, a death or two was commonplace. The Dothraki were a blight on Essos, burning, killing, pillaging, and committing every sort of evil.
The original owner of Eren's body had never known who his father was, and his mother had died when he was very young. After all, the Dothraki were a people who would find anyone and have sex on a whim. Many Dothraki had no idea who their parents were. Growing up in such an environment, their only companions were the curved blades in their hands and their horses.
Eren wanted to establish an empire in the future. Although these Dothraki committed every sort of evil, he would still need them in the early stages of building it. Of course, he did not think there was anything wrong with burning, killing, and pillaging either, but if he wanted to establish an empire in the future, he certainly could not rely on slaughter alone. Criminal laws and discipline were essential.
But the Dothraki wandered the grasslands year after year, with no fixed home, killing wherever they went. Restraining them with discipline would not be so easy.
Just then, two Dothraki squeezed in from outside, knelt, and said:
"I am Colin."
"I am Link."
Both had bronze skin, black hair, and tawny eyes, the standard racial features of the Dothraki. Their looks were ordinary. After all, among the Dothraki, whether a man was handsome did not matter. What mattered was strength.
"Do either of you object to me becoming khal?" Eren asked them.
"No, no objections."
"Yes, same here."
Eren was not particularly surprised that they submitted so quickly. After all, in the Dothraki understanding, only the tribe's strongest warrior could become khal, and Eren's ability to turn into a giant made him indisputably the strongest. The Dothraki revered strength to begin with. If someone stronger than Eren appeared one day, they would certainly bow down to that person on the spot as well.
The Dothraki's moral standards were low to begin with. Talking to them about loyalty was itself idiotic. In the television series, after the Mother of Dragons was taken to the Dothraki holy city, she used her nature as the Unburnt to burn several khals to death there. When she emerged from the flames, the Dothraki outside bowed down to her as well, never even mentioning avenging their khals.
"Free everyone you captured from the other khalasar earlier. Let them all join this khalasar from now on. After all, you are all my subjects!"
Eren spoke to the three kos. Although he had transmigrated here, this body's former owner had, after all, grown up in that khalasar.
Let them all become members of my khalasar. "Next, take me to Khal Rabo's tent. That will be my tent from now on. Bring Khal Rabo's bloodriders there as well!"
"Yes. Khal, follow me."
Flock led the way, while Colin and Link took their men to seize Khal Rabo's bloodriders. Khal Rabo had only two bloodriders, and they had been kneeling silently since earlier. Although bloodriders were called a khal's Blood of My Blood, they were no different from ordinary people before the strength of a giant. They had thought Eren would spare them if they submitted, never expecting that he would still have them seized.
"Bastards, let go of me!"
"Damn you, die!"
One of them struggled free and hurled his curved blade. After all, there were too many people around, so running up to Eren and hacking him to death was clearly unrealistic. The moment he threw it, he was subdued and forced to his knees.
Eren was not surprised by this at all. He had already anticipated it when he ordered the bloodriders seized. After all, a desperate final struggle was common.
Eren stepped aside to the left, and the curved blade flew past his shoulder.
Flock led Eren into Lhabo's tent. In the very center was a burning fire, with a pot set over it to cook. Beyond the center stood a chair draped in a wolfskin. To its left was a bed covered with a black blanket, while to its right were racks holding horse equipment and weapons.
Aside from the furnishings, there were also three women inside the tent.
"Are these three women Lhabo's khaleesis?"
Eren pointed at the three women and asked Flock.
"No, they are only Lhabo's slaves. Lhabo had no khaleesi."
Any one of these three women would have been considered a beauty in the modern world, with delicate, alluring features and seductive eyes. But two of them were already wealthy owners of private airfields despite their youth-utterly flat. Only the brown-haired beauty was tall and voluptuous. Judging with the eye he had developed from watching countless films in the modern world, she was at least an F cup.
"You with the brown hair, come here. The other two, dance together."
Eren went over and sat in the chair, having the brown-haired beauty come to his side while the other two beauties danced.
The brown-haired beauty came over, and Eren pulled her onto his lap. She was at least 170 centimeters tall and looked to be in her twenties. Eren was only twelve and 160 centimeters tall, so he had to tilt his head back to look up at her.
"What is your name?"
Eren asked.
"M-my lord, I... my name is Sally."
The brown-haired beauty stammered.
Flock spoke from below:
"Khal, this woman is a slave we captured in a Lhazareen village we raided two months ago. Lhabo kept her by his side because she was beautiful. She still cannot speak our language very well!"
Hearing this, Eren understood. The sheep people were the Lhazareen, a naturally peaceful people who lived in Lhazar, southeast of Vaes Dothrak. The Dothraki called the Lhazareen "Hissarich," meaning "sheep people," because they were meek and made their living solely by herding.
But looking at the brown-haired beauty's height and hair color, Eren was puzzled for a moment. The Lhazareen were short, and their hair was black, much like the Dothraki's. He suspected that this brown-haired beauty might be one of the Andals who had ended up among the Lhazareen for some unknown reason.
Still, that had nothing to do with him. Although he liked beautiful women, he had no interest in love. He was simply lustful and had no interest in feelings. Good looks were enough.
After thinking this over, Eren indulged his hands on Sally as she sat on his lap, then called toward the tent entrance:
"Bring those two bloodriders in!"
