The once-solid images suddenly seemed to shatter, bursting into countless Doppelgangers. Every "fragment" looked remarkably like the main body, but some had lost their color, some had blurred patterns, some had turned into crude pixels, and some had become masses of black shadow with only an outline.
These were precisely the "elements" that had layered together to form those images just now. As the Screening Room shook, those elements were jostled apart and returned to the most basic essence of light and shadow.
The original sense of reality was instantly shattered as well. Mo Ling was abruptly pulled out of that immersive meeting and returned to reality.
