"Where am I?"

Hu Le's mind was a blur. He kept feeling as though he had forgotten something—forgotten someone.

But the moment that question arose in his mind, countless memories came rushing back, including his adventures in the dream realm and that Cube from twenty years in the future.

"Twenty years in the future?"

Hu Le rummaged through his pocket and pulled out a can of cola.

This was the gift that friend from twenty years in the future had brought him. Throughout his journey through dreams, he had carefully kept it hidden in his pocket.

As he looked at the packaging he had never seen before, another clear memory surged forth.

Hu Le realized that there seemed to be a problem with his memories. They appeared to have been sealed away by some powerful force, and only by finding a "trigger" could he release the memories within.

Whenever he raised the corresponding question in his heart, those sealed memories would give him an answer.

"I understand..."

As he continued questioning himself, more and more memories erupted from within him, and he came to understand his current situation.

"I'm already lost in the dream realm."

Looking at the chaotic colors surrounding him, Hu Le realized just how terrible his situation was. He did not know where he was, which layer he was in, or where the other team members were. It was as if he had been cast into a boundless vast ocean.

Still, despite how terrible things were, Hu Le was not completely despairing.

"It can't get any worse. At worst, I'll just stay lost forever."
