Shaymin’s Seed Flare opened a rift into the Distortion World, drawing Xiaoyun, Dawn, Ash, Zoey, Brock, Darkrai, and Shaymin inside. There, Giratina confronted them over Shaymin, and Xiaoyun began communicating with it to clear up a misunderstanding.

• Zero fired the warship’s laser, and Darkrai struggled to contain it with Dark Void until Shaymin absorbed the energy and unleashed Seed Flare, opening a rift.
• Shaymin and Darkrai were pulled into the rift, followed by Xiaoyun, Dawn, Ash, Zoey, and Brock; Zero and his battleship entered after them.
