Background

Tsunade is the granddaughter of the First and Second Hokage and a disciple of the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. Her lineage, status as one of the Legendary Sannin, and formidable strength make her Konoha’s widely trusted choice to succeed Hiruzen after his death.
