Jiang Yantian revealed himself as the Imperishable Devil Emperor, freed World Defier, and left Ye Chen battered and cast into the Demon Domain. As Jiang Yantian and Ji Chu drew closer, Ye Chen fell prey to the Evil Lord of Indulgence before three powerful figures intervened.

• Su Chengfen hid the wounded Chen Tian from the Devil Race, then brought him back to Qin Yuan and claimed he had saved her in the explosion.
• Qin Yuan reluctantly let Chen Tian travel with the group, then he and Chen Tian fought over Su Chengfen while Jiang Yantian took Ji Chu to the Star-Picking Tower.
• Jiang Yantian killed the tower’s guests who had stared at Ji Chu and revealed to her that he was the Imperishable Devil Emperor.
• Ye Chen challenged Jiang Yantian and Ji Chu over the World-Destruction War, but the crowd condemned the Heavenly Dao and Jiang Yantian humiliated Ye Chen.
• World Defier emerged from the Wangu Seal and fought Ye Chen as Jiang Yantian’s Devil Emperor manifestation helped break the seal.

Jiang Yantian brought Ji Chu to the Everlasting Immortal Sect, where his interference turned Ye Chen’s treatment and Li Xuanji’s family history into public chaos. The stretch ended with the sect master’s wife attacking Li Fenghuai as their quarrel erupted before the elders.

• The Evil Lord of Indulgence escaped after the Everlasting Immortal Sect’s experts rescued the injured Ye Chen, while Jiang Yantian ordered World Defier to recruit the Evil Lord into the Demon Domain.
• Jiang Yantian and Ji Chu arrived at the inn, where Qin Yuan’s jealousy over Ji Chu’s closeness to Jiang Yantian led to a brawl and Jiang Yantian crushed the inn with a palm.
• At the Everlasting Immortal Sect, Li Xuanji warned that Ye Chen had a hidden womb palace, but Elder Lian dismissed him and later suspected him of setting the karmic fire that disrupted Ye Chen’s treatment.
• Elder Lian accused Li Xuanji of arson and ordered his arrest, but Li Fenghuai intervened before he could strike Li Xuanji down.
