May passed peacefully. Peter and the girls missed Qin very much, but Qin would send text messages whenever she had the chance. According to her, she was very happy at Mutants school.

He and Felicia also replayed the night they got drunk together with Qin. The two reached a consensus that the alcohol had too much effect that night and would never happen again. Peter admitted that he felt a little disappointed when he heard this.

They also talked about Felicia's bisexuality. For some reason, she thought Peter would make a fuss, but he didn't.

Peter's accepting attitude has brought the two closer, which is good, because he doesn't want her to leave him and find another woman for some strange reason... Speaking of which, there seem to be only a handful of famous lesbian villains in Marvel Universe?

Life continues as usual. The first thing Peter needs to do is to repair the Silk wristband that was destroyed by Magneto.

This time he learned the lesson and replaced everything with titanium alloy and other anti-magnetic metals. If Magneto dared to escape from the hole where Fury locked him up, he would definitely make him regret his birth.

Then, he rebuilt the electromagnetic pulse gun. This thing is a magical tool to deal with those villains who rely on technology, and it is indispensable in the long run.

While maintaining the equipment, Peter found Magneto's blood on Silk's wrist guards and bronze finger tigers. The fresh Mutants blood gave him an idea.

He created a hidden folder at the bottom of the system and named it "Mutants-Spider". He wrote a new theory in it: Can he inject new abilities into himself?

From the blood of Jessica·Drew, he has discovered that the ability encoded at the genetic level can be absorbed.

Since Susan said that his blood will adapt to any foreign invaders and extract useful genetic structures, then in theory, he can obtain any ability of Mutants.

Peter Scrape off the Magneto blood from the equipment and put it into the test tube marked "M".

For the next month, he spent the next month studying how those geneticists injected radiation gas into Jessica.

Unfortunately, he could not view the information on Susan's computer without revealing his intentions, so this thread was temporarily shelved.

Other than that, life is going pretty smoothly. The semester is finally over, and Peter has perfect scores in all subjects without any suspense. Under his crazy tutoring, Felicia and Mary Jane also got excellent grades.

Now Peter has a lot of free time. He told Uncle Ben and Aunt May that he would extend his working hours. In fact, he spent a lot of time on Baxter Building and Fantastic Four making inventions together, and the rest of the time he patrolled full-time.

Spider-Man has now become his full-time job, and his whereabouts are posted on Twitter throughout the day, and there is even a website dedicated to tracking him.

For this reason, he must be extra careful to avoid places where Peter·Parker may appear, such as Baxter Building or Queens. He also managed to sneak into several drug dealing and gang dens.

However, there is another thing that takes up a lot of his time, and that is the training of David.

This bastard trained him to death, and sometimes he didn't even know why he practiced, just because "it's written in the manual." Although Peter complained, he had to admit that David taught him very well, especially in terms of rules.

At this moment, Peter was standing on the training mat, trying hard to resist the urge to beat the idiot in front of him.

"What's wrong, Parker? You can't stand this intensity?!" David kicked Peter in the head with a high kick, but he lazily dodged it.

"Yeah, after all, my opponent is Agent David, who is so powerful S.H.I.E.L.D.. I'm so scared." Peter rolled his eyes.

"If you spend your bickering time on training, you might be able to become a second-rate superhero!"

"If you pull your head out of your butt, you might be able to be considered a normal person." Peter smiled and punched David on the shoulder, forcing him to take a few steps back.

"Not bad, kid." David spat.

"Thanks, asshole."

"You have such a bad mouth, why would you use this mouth to kiss your girlfriend?"

"Yes, and your mother."

"You little brat--" David roared and rushed forward. Peter grabbed one of his arms, threw him over the shoulder and knocked him to the mat, then stepped on his chest and said with a smile, "I win."

"Agent David, you have already lost since you started arguing with him." A familiar voice came.

Nick·Fury stood at the door, his face full of exhaustion. He looked at Peter and nodded. "I found that this guy's talkative skills are as good as Wilson."

"You are right." David groaned, Peter stepped away and pulled him up. David saluted Fury: "Sir."

Fury replied, "Relax." He turned to Peter and looked at his casual posture, "Has no one ever taught you to respect your superiors?"

"I have taught you. But the instructor also said that you have to earn respect by yourself." Peter raised the corner of his mouth.

"You are so annoying." David gritted his teeth.

"Thank you."

Fury curled up his lips, then put away his smile and said to David, "I need to borrow the venue."

"Yes, sir." David left quickly.

Fury took out a document and handed it to Peter: "Do you still remember why I recruited you in the first place?"

Peter nodded. "Avengers Initiative. It looks like I'm going to be drafted?" He opened the folder, which contained detailed information on his future teammates: Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk. There were a few missing, so S.H.I.E.L.D. probably hadn't counted Thor or his own agents.

Peter said, "Wow, these are heavyweights. Are you sure Stark can tolerate teamwork?"

"You question someone else's ability to work as a team?"

"That's true. But when it comes to a critical moment, whether the captain and I can get along with each other, Stark... he is uncertain."

"Agreed, but time is running out."

"Where is Fantastic Four?" Peter asked curiously, "I know Reed and Susan are not happy, but Johnny should be interested."

"We have evaluated it, and his sister insists not to let him become S.H.I.E.L.D.'s asset." Fury looked a little headache, and he probably finally realized how dangerous Susan·Storm is.

"Where's Ben?"

Fury sighed, "He refused directly. He said he already had a team and didn't want to be used as a tool by the government." He motioned Peter to turn to the last few pages, which showed Tesseract, "This is called Tesseract. S.H.I.E.L.D. originally expected it to completely solve the energy crisis. But last night, it was stolen."

The prologue begins here.

--

Two hours later.

After Fury's briefing, Peter quickly prepared. He told Uncle Ben and Aunt May that he would stay in the laboratory for a few days, and that Reed's experiments were too energy-consuming. He told the truth to Fantastic Four, and S.H.I.E.L.D. assigned Spider-Man a new task.

David drove S.H.I.E.L.D.'s private plane to pick him up on top of a skyscraper in Queens. The plane took off and sailed into the high seas.

Peter was fully armed and sitting in the back cabin. The suit did not change much and kept the basic style. He looked at the helmet in his hand and suddenly asked, "David, does everyone in S.H.I.E.L.D. know my true identity?"

"What?"

"I mean, does everyone know who I am?"

"No, only a few core members know. Agent Romanoff, Director Fury, and me."

"What about the other Avengers?"

"No, your identity is not in their brief. To them, you are just an 'extremely valuable asset'."

"Very good." Peter put on the helmet, fastened the buckle, and started the voice changer. His voice suddenly became deep, "Because I don't want to hear them talk about my age."

"Voice changer?"

"You don't want people to guess who I am, do you?"

"That's exactly what it means."

Peter walked outside the cockpit and looked at Helicarrier who was gradually approaching in the distance. "Damn, this thing is really big. David... Do you think I'm ready?"

"No."

Peter rolled his eyes. "But I don't think anyone is ready for this mess. Let's go, I hope I can help Fury find his 'giant battery'."

After landing on the aircraft carrier, Peter walked out quickly. Just like in the movie, people were as busy as an ordinary military base. At a glance, he saw an out-of-place man - a gray suit and purple inner layer.

"Hello, Dr. Banner." Peter walked over to say hello.

Banner raised his head and blinked. "Ah, do we know each other?"

"Spider-Man, your super fan." Peter stretched out his hand.

Bruce shook his hand hesitantly. "Really? Fans?"

"I have studied your project of using gamma rays to create Super Soldier Serum, which is very impressive." Peter nodded, "My abilities are the same as yours. I was bitten by the radioactive Spider, and gained the agility and strength of Spider, and I can also climb walls. And... we have actually seen it."

"Seen before? I don't remember..."

"It's not you, it's the 'other you', the big guy at Harlem."

"Oh, I-I'm sorry--"

"Sorry for what? You were trying to stop Abomination, okay. To be honest, it was because of you that I decided to become superheroes."

"Did you decide to be a hero because of that?" Bruce was surprised.

"Yeah, I thought if I didn't help you stop that monster, more people would be injured. Then things fell into place."

"Is this Spider-Man?" came a voice.

"Yes." Another familiar voice answered.

Peter turned around and saw Natasha and Captain America walking over. He grinned. "Nat!" He jumped over and gave her a big hug, "I miss you so much!"

"Spider, I think you are still... so lively." Natasha sighed helplessly, but a smile appeared on the corner of his mouth.

"Of course! How could you leave me alone with that bastard agent? He was so hateful!"

"Sorry?" Captain America looked confused.

"I used to be his liaison," Black Widow explained, "But I transferred him and arranged a suitable replacement for him."

"You didn't arrange a replacement! You found me a boring old antique!" Peter turned to Captain America, "Oh, hello, captain, nice to meet you!"

"Me too, Spider-Man." Steve stiffly shook hands with him. This man's arms were just full of muscles. Steve turned to Bruce: "Dr. Banner."

The two shook hands. "They told me you would come. I didn't believe it."

Steve smiled, "They told me you could find Tesseract."

"Is this your only concern?"

"It's the only thing I care about."

"You'd better go inside, it will be a little difficult to breathe later." Natasha reminded.

Everyone looked around, the aircraft carrier began to shake, and people wearing gas masks ran out to fix the equipment on the deck.

"Is this a submarine?" Captain America asked.

Peter watched the two people walk to the edge and witnessed Helicarrier's engine roaring, the turbine churning the sea water, lifting the huge hull out of the water, and the howling wind.

Walking inside, Natasha led the way. Peter looked at the agents shuttled around, and it was hard to imagine that these people were well-trained killing machines. They entered the main control room and saw people busy in front of the terminal, and Fury stood behind the command podium.

"Ready, sir." shouted a female agent from below the terminal.

"Very good, let's become invisible." Fury nodded. The screen showed that the spacecraft system began to reflect the sky, and the entire aircraft carrier blended into the background.

Steve walked up to Fury, took out ten dollars and handed it to him. Fury grinned and turned to Bruce: "Dr. Banner, thank you for coming."

"Thank you for your polite invitation," Bruce replied, "So, how long should I stay?"

"When we find Tesseract, you will be free."

"How are you doing now?"

Fury pointed at an agent, and Peter immediately recognized it as Coulson. "We are connecting to all wireless cameras in the world. As long as they are connected to satellites, they are our eyes and ears."

"We are still too late." Natasha said, looking at the faces of Clint·Barton on the screen.

"You need to narrow it down, how many Spectrum instruments do you have?" Bruce asked, quickly and Fury dove into the technical details.

Peter is watching. He has watched this movie hundreds of times, and knows the lines and plot by heart. He also knows how to change it. But this event is too important, and he cannot change it too much. The world needs Avengers, Chitauri must invade, and they must stop it. Sigh, I really hate this feeling of being unable to do anything.

Natasha took Bruce to the laboratory, leaving Peter and Steve. Fury turned to Peter: "Are you ready?"

Peter nodded. "Of course. What do you think about Loki?"

"Isn't it in the file?"

"Yes, but I want to know what you think. Have you ever met him? What kind of person is he?"

Fury thought for a moment, "So arrogant."

Peter chuckled, "Aren't they all like this?"

S.H.I.E.L.D. finally locked Loki on Germany. Peter knew what was going to happen. He, Captain America, and Natasha boarded the sonic fighter and arrived ten minutes later.

The fighter jets quickly arrived in Germany's airspace and hovered over the museum where Loki last appeared. They saw Loki looking down at the crowd like a ruler.

"Up!" Captain America shouted, opened the hatch and jumped in.

"Natasha, come back!" Peter shouted, jumping out after the captain.
