Lynn completes his training and the Trial of the Medallion, then leaves Kaer Morhen with Geralt to hunt monsters and take contracts. After helping Geralt expose a corrupt captain and kill a Grave Hag, Lynn reaches Aedd Gynvael and turns down a long-term boxing partnership.
Lynn and Geralt guarded Istredd’s caravan, uncovered a conspiracy in Mahakam, and destroyed the Red Miasmal in an abandoned mine. The caravan reached Talgar, where an ambush left Istredd captured by a knight sent by King Lettenhove.
Lynn helped Istredd survive King Lettenhove’s attack and accepted valuable items in exchange for supporting Istredd’s cause. In Novigrad, Lynn solved Myshelle’s disappearance and Vimme’s haunted-house problem, advanced his alchemy, and was summoned to meet Triss Merigold.
Lynn helped Triss investigate disappearances in Brokilon, killed the Mother Tree of Flesh, and rescued the captives before returning to Novigrad. He then took a job guarding Professor Gloger’s expedition, dealt with Kiyan’s attempt to kill him, and opened the entrance to Aet Aye’s ruins.
Lynn uncovered an elven palace and its treasure, then killed Prince Adrian after the prince tried to silence him and Professor Gloger. He hired dwarven craftsmen to repair Kaer Morhen and arrived with them, where he committed to reviving the witchers and learned what that effort would require.
Lynn helped rebuild Kaer Morhen, recruited Berengar for a Novigrad smithy, and joined Geralt on a journey to investigate Duchess Caroberta’s coma. After exposing Philibert Witten’s crimes and meeting Regis and Francis Drake, the group reached Beauclair and prepared to examine the duchess.
Lynn cured Duchess Caroberta, exposed the enchanted assassins, and recruited allies before helping restore safety to Toussaint. When the duchess offered him a vineyard, Lynn arranged for it to become the tournament champion’s prize and prepared to enter in disguise.
Lynn won Castel Ravello Vineyard in a knights’ tournament, gathered allies and research, and agreed to take Syanna out of Toussaint. When Syanna and Anarietta vanished into Fringilla’s uncle’s nightmare, Lynn and Fringilla entered the book and destroyed the monster controlling it, finding the girls alive.
Lynn brought Syanna north, recruited the Syndicate and Dudu, and built a network of allies in Novigrad. After freeing Geralt and replacing Chappelle with Sasha, Lynn began reshaping the Eternal Fire and set out to kill Hogger.
Lynn joined Borch in rescuing the poisoned dragon Myrgtabrakke, then met Yennefer and recruited her help with Moreau’s notes. After returning to Novigrad and gathering children to train as apprentices, Lynn learned that Jaeger’s Gang had captured Vernon Roche and attacked their farm, killing Jager.
Lynn left Novigrad for Kaer Morhen, gathered allies and refugees, and began building a witcher school while pursuing improved mutations. Tissaia’s curses and political maneuvering stopped Henselt’s northern advance, while Lynn’s studies triggered another transformation in his mutated organs.
Lynn traveled from Kaer Morhen to Temeria and Skellige, where he completed contracts and helped Clan Drummond clear the Haunted Castle. After the feast, he supported Madman Lugos’s call for reconciliation with Clan an Craite, though One-Eyed Lugos said the matter would take time.
Lynn reunited Crach and Lugos, helped Gerd confront the men pursuing him, and uncovered a Nilfgaardian plan to attack the Skellige Isles. After the clans joined forces to defeat the landing army, Lynn captured the remaining squadron through deception, leaving the Nilfgaardian prisoners to work for the islanders.
Lynn recruited Gerd, Mousesack, and Aglaïs for his plan to improve witcher training, while helping Brokilon fight Dagon’s cult. In Novigrad, he killed Cyprian Wiley and used the gang’s collapse to expand the Eternal Fire’s control of the city.
Lynn strengthened Kaer Morhen through improved mutations, preparations for a witcher warband, and new alliances. As Foltest’s mark of Dagon worsened, Lynn organized plans to recruit nonhumans from Kaedwen and received a call from Triss.
Lynn defeated Dagon, helped Triss take control of Velen, and destroyed the Ladies of the Wood while building up local defenses and a new witcher force. Two years later, he joined Istredd’s effort to restore the Thyssen family, but the Hengfors League’s invasion forced the restoration army to confront King Niedamir.
Lynn helped restore Kovir, conquered the Hengfors League, and expanded his power into Eszpádén and Nazair. After Nilfgaard’s failed invasion of Cintra and Emhyr’s death plunged the empire into civil war, Lynn chose to consolidate his rule in Nazair before turning north.
