Arc 5Konoha Under Pain

Rinto refined a universal chakra system and delivered upgrades to Konoha’s shinobi, barriers, and medical teams. When Pain invaded and devastated the village, Rinto remained secluded, studying the Rinnegan and its mechanisms as Tsunade faced the possibility that he was Konoha’s last hope.

  • Might Guy, Rock Lee, Kurenai Yuhi, Shikamaru, and other Konoha representatives brought Rinto field and clinical data, which he used to develop a universal model connecting Yin Release, Yang Release, and chakra circulation.
  • Rinto delivered improved Eight Gates, Senjutsu, Ino-Shika-Cho, barrier, and medical repair configurations, while instructing each group to test the upgrades and keep detailed records.
  • Rinto tested the configurations together, confirmed their compatibility, and began examining Animal Path samples and Black Receiver fragments for Rinnegan chakra and spatial traits.
  • As the Six Paths of Pain attacked Konoha, Rinto built a concealed, layered spatial defense and refused Tsunade and Shikamaru’s request to join the battle, giving them talismans to protect buildings from one Shinra Tensei.
  • Pain flattened most of Konoha with Shinra Tensei, and Rinto’s laboratory survived in a spatial interlayer as he measured the technique’s range, cooldown, and chakra costs.
  • Deva Path killed Choza and Kakashi, Naruto defeated five Paths but was trapped by Chibaku Tensei, and Rinto analyzed the gravitational techniques while building force-field and spatial defenses.
  • Rinto decoded the Black Receivers and Pain’s shared perception network, discovered how to disrupt the bodies and traced their signals toward Nagato, but kept his findings from Konoha.
  • Rinto continued archiving Rinnegan research and experimenting behind his barriers as Pain’s forces held the ruined village, while Tsunade ran low on chakra and considered him a possible last hope.

Arc 6Reconstruction and Reanimated Dead

Rinto saved Konoha’s severely wounded, researched Rinne Rebirth and the Six Paths, and helped rebuild the village’s infrastructure and defenses. When Impure World Reincarnation brought the dead onto the battlefield, he developed countermeasures while gathering samples, ending with a fragment of Hashirama Senju for analysis.

  • Tsunade brought critically wounded patients to Rinto, who saved them and developed Soul Anchoring Theory while studying soul damage and Rinne Rebirth.
  • Rinto analyzed the Six Paths of Pain and their Black Receivers, then modeled how Rinnegan power affected the world’s fundamental rules.
  • Rinto designed soil, building, infrastructure, barrier, training-ground, waste-recycling, and shelter systems that Konoha used to rebuild and strengthen the village.
  • After reports of reanimated ninja attacking the Land of Fire’s border, Tsunade brought Rinto a regenerating fragment, and he identified it as a product of Impure World Reincarnation.
  • Rinto studied the reanimation technique’s soul bindings and control formulas, then developed talisman-erasure and sealing countermeasures for Konoha’s forces.
  • Konoha’s ninja used Rinto’s countermeasures to release reanimated souls and reduce battlefield casualties while he secretly investigated ways to end the full-scale technique.
  • Rinto analyzed samples from reanimated shinobi across the world, classified inherited abilities as chakra-use configurations, and began testing a fragment of Hashirama Senju.
