The God Realm is a high-energy space sustained by Immortal Spirit Energy and Faith Power gathered from Lower Realm civilizations. Faith Power is converted into Immortal Spirit Energy for the Deities' use; surplus Faith Power reinforces the realm's shell, barriers, and spatial stability. Its population of Deities also serves as structural support, with God Kings acting as its most vital “main beams” and power cores 644 738.

Records witnessed through the Dragon God's memories describe an earlier divine realm, the Divine Dragon Realm, during the Dragon God War. The deaths of fifteen God Kings and numerous lesser Deities caused that realm to collapse from its outer edges as Immortal Spirit Energy dispersed. Asura, Goodness, and Evil remained active, while Destruction and Life entered resurrection after being overwhelmed by the dragon and beast races 738. Qian Chaoguang later characterized both the Dragon Realm and the God Realm as extensions of the Dragon God's power 738.

The modern God Realm is governed by the God Realm Committee. Its five God Kings oversee the realm, judge Deities, maintain its rules, and rotate shifts monitoring Lower Realm planets through displays in the Committee's main hall 545.

The Committee recognizes that the disturbance resonates with Universal Law but cannot identify its source; the Goddess of Light also loses control over the Law of Light as Qian Chaoguang condenses his Divine Core 714 715.

The God Realm's suppression of Elemental Lightning Tribulation hinders Qian Chaoguang's Heavenly Forging, making it a direct obstacle to his artifact-refining progress 658.

Investigation of Douluo Star

As the Undead Empire expands across Douluo Star, the Committee debates Qian Chaoguang's rise. The God of Destruction considers him a potential future Supreme God King, while Tang San seeks to investigate the situation and the fall of Tang Hao 824.

The Committee dispatches Ma Hongjun, three Third Level Gods, and ten God Realm Hunters to Douluo Continent. This is treated as an unusually large Lower Realm deployment, intended to assess the Undead Empire and contain a potential threat to God Realm rule 825 826.

Expansion project

The God of Destruction launches an expansion of the God Realm, seeking greater capacity, more Deities, and a stronger energy cycle. The 108 Mind Power Pillars absorb Immortal Spirit Energy and Faith Power before channeling them into the realm's Space Barrier 834 835.

The expansion visibly enlarges the realm and causes long-stagnant Deities to sense possible advancement, convincing many inhabitants that the project is beneficial 838.

God War and capture

Qian Chaoguang opens the Light and Undead God Realm with the Eternal Life Hall as its physical foundation, then openly places his Divine Kingdom between Douluo Star and the God Realm 844 846.

The Undead Empire begins its expedition by smashing through the God Realm's Space Barrier. The invading Divine Kingdom devours shattered sections of the realm, while numerous Deities lose their connections to their Laws under Qian Chaoguang's God War declaration 849.

The God Realm's Deities form the Original Sin Descending Divine Punishment Array, using more than a thousand gods to amplify the God of Greed to peak God King-level combat power. The Undead Empire breaks the formation through coordinated assaults by its True Gods, Subordinate Gods, undead legions, artillery, and mass support abilities 850.

Qian Chaoguang defeats the God of Destruction with two strikes of the Peerless Blade and condemns the God Realm's dependence on Lower Realm Faith Power. He offers mercy to Deities willing to reform while declaring his intent to end the Deity class and destroy the existing God Realm system 854. The realm is subsequently captured by the God of Kindness and the God of Evil with outside assistance 858.
