Background and Philosophy

Spacetime originates from two complementary Paths. Remembrance governs the past through recording, bearing, and retracing what has occurred; Finality concerns the future, including the subversion and reconstruction of foretold outcomes 24.

Their fusion occurs after Castorice accepts Luo Li’s confession on the Ferris wheel. The system recognizes his existing Remembrance awakening, contact with Finality, and maximized bond with Castorice as the necessary conditions for an entirely new supreme Path 34.

The system defines its philosophy as:

“Govern the river of past and future, glimpse truth within the cracks of time, and anchor the meaning of existence. Transcends ordinary rules and holds infinite possibilities.” 34

For Luo Li, the Path offers a means to protect Castorice and challenge a future in which his own existence is absent. His character story describes its potential as observing, interfering with, and even reshaping the threads of causality—not merely increasing his combat strength 35.

Cultivation and Breakthroughs

The Path develops through sustained cultivation, actual combat, and breakthroughs in understanding. At Ironwall Fortress, Luo Li improves the range and precision of Time Retardation, reduces Space Folding’s consumption, and identifies weaknesses more quickly with Causal Tracing. The system nevertheless initially classifies him as an early-stage practitioner, far below the Seven Deadly Sins 70 75 77.

Emotional conviction also contributes to advancement. The Eyes of the Time Abyss require sufficient understanding and physical and mental strength, together with a strong desire to reflect on the past and plan for the future. Spacetime Domain emerges when an emotional threshold is exceeded and his understanding of the Path’s essence deepens dramatically 77 78.

His family-related system quests subsequently connect advancement to caring for Castorice and their children. The “Branching Out and Bearing Leaves” series promises Spacetime Origin gifts scaled to offspring number and quality. When the system assesses the twins’ initial life energy as exceptionally high, it grants the Controller rank, Enma’s ultimate evolved form, limited tributary access, and physical and soul enhancement 89 92.

River of Spacetime and Origin

The system presents the source of the River of Spacetime as an ultimate mystery. The family quest series offers the right to glimpse that source among its possible rewards, while later pregnancy-care missions promise a fragment leading toward its mysteries 89 92.

Luo Li’s confirmed privilege is narrower: he may draw upon the power of a tributary to a limited extent once per day. This does not establish unrestricted control over the entire River or full comprehension of its source 92.

Later Revelations

The world in which Luo Li initially cultivates Spacetime is later revealed to be a miniature-universe sandbox created by Luo Yi. Luo Li is one of Luo Yi’s separated personality fragments, placed within it to develop particular variables and possibilities. Luo Yi ultimately reveals that Luo Li was engineered as a vessel intended to surpass the Aeons 132 133.

When Luo Li strikes Luo Yi, the miniature universe collapses and its energy, memories, and accumulated knowledge flood into him, opening a path toward Aeonhood. This is a broader transformation rather than an explicitly named new rank of the Spacetime Path; Luo Li’s later divine identity is the God of Data 133 153.

• Helps Luo Li avoid or eliminate threats while gathering resources 39.
• Works with Time Retardation to expose Earl Shadowwing’s weakness before the finishing strike 46.
• Identifies enemy weaknesses more quickly after months of combat refinement 77.

Existence Anchoring

An S-rank ability that strengthens the user’s presence and provides some resistance, rather than stated immunity, to conceptual attacks such as instant death and oblivion 34.

• Luo Li activates it at full strength alongside Time Retardation before using State Reversion during the helicopter crash 45.

Future Preview

An S-rank development of Finality’s previews that allows the user to actively glimpse multiple possible future branches 34.

• Requires large amounts of mental energy 34.

State Reversion

A restorative application of Spacetime that returns Luo Li’s own physical condition to an earlier state 40 45.
