After reuniting with Ning Rongrong, he won the sect’s annual competition with her, leaving him to plan for his next soul ring and future encounter with Tang San.

• Mu Chen used the Cooling System to draw the Emperor Dragon Sword with Innate Full Soul Power, then awakened it at the sect ceremony and became Sword Douluo’s disciple.
• Mu Chen and Ning Rongrong trained together, reached level ten, and entered Soul Hunting Forest, where Ning Rongrong obtained a Crystal Beast ring and Mu Chen absorbed an eight-hundred-year Silver Moon Wolf King ring.

• Mu Chen defeated Tang San in the academy assessment, then Sword Douluo fought Tang Hao and forced him to leave Shrek Academy.
• Mu Chen helped Ma Hongjun learn how to address his Evil Fire and began training with the Shrek students at the Great Soul Arena, where he won a string of battles.
• After Tang San, Xiao Wu, and Oscar reached level thirty, Mu Chen led the group to the Star Dou Great Forest, where Oscar absorbed a Phoenix-tail Crested Serpent’s soul ring.
• The Titan Giant Ape seized Xiao Wu, Tang Hao revealed that he was Tang San’s father and that Xiao Wu was a transformed hundred-thousand-year soul beast, and Xiao Wu left for the forest with Da Ming and Er Ming.
