After clashing with Shrek Academy’s students, the group entered the forest, where Er Ming’s roar disrupted the hunt and Charizard sensed a promising Fire-type Soul Beast.

• Lin Mo attended Xue Qinghe’s banquet, impressed Ning Fengzhi and the Douluo, and received rewards, while Qian Renxue decided to recruit him for Spirit Hall.
• Dugu Bo took Lin Mo into the Star Dou Great Forest, where Charmeleon killed a ten-thousand-year Thorn Dragon and Lin Mo gained the Spatial Battlefield pseudo-domain skill.
• Lin Mo consumed the Singular Velvet Sky Chrysanthemum and Narcissus Jade Muscle Bone, reaching peak level forty-eight before cultivating at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.

Lin Mo became a Soul King with Charizard’s fifth Soul Ring, then drew the attention of Heaven Dou’s court and Spirit Hall while negotiating his place between them. After leaving Spirit City with Dugu Bo, he sought a rare ginseng and reached Bai Family Village, where Bai He agreed to sell it.

• Lin Mo hunted a Sun Insect King with Charizard, absorbed its thirty-thousand-year Soul Ring, and gained the Light of the Corona as his fifth Soul Skill.
• Lin Mo reunited with the Shrek group, learned the Titan Giant Ape had taken Xiao Wu, and refused Tang San’s plea to rescue her.
• Lin Mo returned to Dugu Manor, demonstrated his Crimson Blood Flame Dragon Transformation, and revealed that he had become a five-ring Soul King with two Ten Thousand Year Soul Rings.
• Xue Qinghe visited Lin Mo and announced that Emperor Xue Ye had granted him an earl’s title, while Bibi Dong decided to pursue Lin Mo despite Qian Renxue’s warning.
• Yue Guan brought Lin Mo to Spirit City, where Bibi Dong questioned him about Charizard’s mutations and cultivation, and Lin Mo declined her offer to become her disciple until after graduation and the next tournament.

Lin Mo transformed his Bloodline Power, developed the Soul Core Method, and became entangled in the conflict between Shrek Academy and Dugu Bo over Tang San. He then led Charizard through the Four Elements Academy exchange, where it defeated the visiting challengers and impressed Shui Bing'er and Shui Yue'er.

• Bai He verified Lin Mo’s payment, exchanged the Crystal Blood Dragon Ginseng for 150,000 Gold Soul Coins and a future favor, and Lin Mo left Bai Family Village with Dugu Bo.
• Lin Mo gave the Heaven Dou Royal Academy committee his cultivation records, then spent a year consolidating his Soul Power before consuming the ginseng and entering Deep Meditation.
• Lin Mo awakened the flesh component of his Body Martial Soul, reached level fifty-seven, and demonstrated his transformed Bloodline Power and ability to change his appearance.

He stole Ah Yin’s Soul Bone, gave it to Ye Lingling, and replanted Ah Yin at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, where she grew stronger from his blood.

• Lin Mo tested Charizard’s Sunny Day with Huo Wu, who felt it amplify and purify her fire power, then secluded himself to cultivate Myriad Transformations while Charizard sparred with the Four Elements Academy students.
• Lin Mo returned to Dugu Manor and cultivated with Dugu Yan and Ye Lingling, reaching level sixty before the tournament and joining Dugu Bo and Ye Linyuan on a Soul Beast hunt.
