The Snow Empress and Yin Wujou sealed a threat beneath Soul-Severing Gorge, then traced a life-draining seal and a missing dossier to a conspiracy within the Spirit Vein Bureau. After Meng Qi was arrested and the Bureau’s old case overturned, the Snow Empress was reinstated and resolved to rebuild it.
