Yin Wujou, the Snow Empress, and Daoist Yun drew a rising Demonic Flood Dragon into an ancient formation, but the creature’s residual power entwined with the Snow Empress and began to consume her. Yin Wujou and the Snow Empress severed the thread anchoring her to the formation, then set out to learn who had planted it in her heart meridians.

• Yin Wujou and the Snow Empress discovered a Demonic Flood Dragon Remnant beneath Soul-Severing Gorge and learned it could reach the surface within days.
• Yin Wujou, the Snow Empress, and Daoist Yun repaired the ancient formation by laying a path of Green Needle tea-infused water spirit Qi to lure the dragon into it.
• The Demonic Flood Dragon followed the water spirit Qi into the formation, which sealed the passage, but its residual power entwined with the Snow Empress’s Water Spirit Qi.

Yin Wujou and the Snow Empress pursued the missing dossier on the Flood Dragon Suppression Weave, uncovering Yun Su’s secret copy and the means to reach it. They opened the underground chamber, but its records remained beyond a newly unlocked door.

• The Snow Empress learned that a specialist recognized the mark beneath her collarbone as a life-draining seal, while Yin Wujou discovered that Pei Yuan had disappeared with a key dossier.
• The Snow Empress and Yin Wujou traveled toward the capital, where they obtained a night-duty token and entered the Imperial Astronomical Bureau’s guarded storehouse to find Pei Yuan.
• Pei Yuan revealed that the missing dossier named 147 covert thread-planters, that he suspected the Bureau’s current Director, and that Yun Su had hidden a copy beneath the Spirit Vein Bureau’s old archives.

The Snow Empress and Yin Wujou uncovered the Xuan Abyss Workshop plot and gathered evidence that Meng Qi had framed the Spirit Vein Bureau. After Meng Qi was arrested and the old case overturned, the Snow Empress was reinstated and resolved to rebuild the Bureau.

• Yin Wujou read Yun Su’s preserved dossier, and the Snow Empress helped him trace the conspiracy to Liu Yanzhao and the Xuan Abyss Workshop.
• The Snow Empress and Yin Wujou captured Liu Yanzhao, then joined Mu Canglan to infiltrate the workshop and stop Zhou Jing’s Puppet Armor from reaching the capital.
