Personality

The Sun and Moon God initially places considerable importance on her duties, reputation, and Dao heart. After Chen Fan saves her, she recognizes a genuine obligation to repay him, yet struggles to reconcile that debt with her responsibility to arrest him. This conflict, aggravated by the Sea Demon’s corruption, allows her inner demon to seize control 596 597.

She is proud and reluctant to accept help from someone weaker. While injured, she refuses Chen Fan’s assistance with her inner demon, partly because accepting it would cost her face. She is equally persistent about cultivation, continuing to pursue higher realms despite repeated failures 580 596 603.

Her sharp words often conceal concern for Chen Fan. Although she initially insists their identities make a relationship impossible, she later defends his actions, seeks ways to protect him from stronger opponents, and prioritizes their unborn child. History

Service as a Star Domain Walker

The Sun and Moon God became a Star Domain Walker to prepare for advancement into a higher realm. She later recalls having only just reached the Creation God Realm when Chen Jiuyou’s previous incarnation was besieged 645.

By her first documented appearance, she has spent a long period at the Creation Seventh Stage alongside the Reincarnation God and Life and Death God. Another failed breakthrough leaves her uncertain whether her accumulation is sufficient 580 608.

Void Sea Expedition

Seeking the Sea Demon, she overturns a vast stretch of the Void Sea and recruits the Ocean Goddess’s assistance. Their combined efforts expose the creature, but it escapes through the Sun and Moon Pagoda, prompting them to continue the hunt 583 584 585.

After possessing Chen Fan, the Sea Demon uses his powers to overwhelm the assembled Creation Gods. It burns away her domain and pierces her body with a demonic hand, leaving her grievously wounded and suffering inner-demon backlash 592 593.

Chen Fan saves her and brings her into his Supreme-level world. She thanks him for saving her life and helping destroy the Sea Demon, but remains troubled by his wanted status and her obligation to repay him 596.

Inner Demon and Relationship with Chen Fan

The Sea Demon’s lingering corruption affects her divine body and Dao heart. When her inner demon takes control, she first tries to arrest Chen Fan, then changes course and forcibly makes him participate in intimate cultivation 597.

Afterward, she insists that their opposing identities make a lasting relationship impossible. Their argument spills back into the Void Sea, where Chen Fan stops his protectors from attacking her. She leaves while attempting to sever their connection, but subsequently defends him against the Ancient Scarlet Flame Kingdom’s powerhouses and Lan Yanji, refusing to let them dismiss his victory over the Sea Demon as mere atonement 598 599 600 601.

Breakthrough and First Pregnancy

Following the expedition, Star Domain Origin Power sends her betrothal gifts. She returns to the Sun and Moon Divine Prison and successfully reaches the Creation Eighth Stage. Soon afterward, she discovers she is pregnant with Chen Fan’s child and resolves to keep the pregnancy secret while protecting the baby 601 603.

When the Reincarnation God and Life and Death God request her help against Chen Fan, she explains that his protector, the Creation Ninth Level Victorious Fighting Buddha, is beyond their ability to defeat 608.

She later approaches the Supreme God Realm to find Chen Fan. Publicly, she joins the gods opposing the Victorious Fighting Buddha; privately, she wants him to capture her so she can reach Chen Fan without exposing their relationship. Once inside, she proposes using her apparent captivity to restrain the Tyrant God, but Chen Fan refuses to use her as leverage 614 617 619.

After Chen Fan emerges from seclusion, she reveals her pregnancy. He confirms it, and they begin addressing their situation as parents 620.

Secret Support for the Chen Lineage

While accompanying Chen Fan, she explains the Star Domain God’s supremacy over Creation Gods and the reach of his order across several thousand star domains. She admits that she has never personally met him 627.

In the Endless Star Domain, she conceals her identity while protecting Chen Fan. The Prison God and Punishment God continue to expect her assistance, unaware that the mysterious expert supporting their opponent is the Sun and Moon God herself 641 642.

She also accepts Chen Jiuyou as family and offers to help identify those responsible for killing her previous incarnation, explicitly stating that she will not obstruct her revenge 645.

White Night God and Public Disclosure

White Night God comes to the Supreme God Realm demanding her release. She recognizes the danger posed by his Creation Peak cultivation and warns the Jade Phoenix Empress. She ultimately leaves with him to secure his withdrawal, while also helping prevent him from suppressing the newly revealed Soul Ancestor 652 666 684.

Back at the Sun and Moon Divine Prison, a mysterious Chen Lineage presence promises protection for her unborn child and offers to handle White Night God. When White Night God later questions her about Soul Ancestor and raises the possibility of a Dao companion, Chen Fan arrives with Star Domain Origin Power and publicly declares himself her companion 667 679 680.

White Night God immediately attempts to arrest her as a traitor. Chen Fan pulls her to safety and later returns with her to the Supreme God Realm, where he openly identifies her as his wife 680 684.

Later Family Life

She accompanies Chen Fan’s group to the Emperor Devil Star Domain, helping annihilate the Eternal Star Domain forces attacking Old Devil Chen. In a later battle, she personally kills a fleeing opponent and prevents his divine soul from escaping 690 693.

After the Star Domain God is gone, she feels secure enough to give birth to her first child. During the family’s later stay in the Supreme Alliance, she becomes pregnant with her second 836.
