He took control of the city and defeated powerful pursuers, while the major forces united against him and the Yin Lineage prepared for battle.
Ye Xuan pursued the people responsible for the Yin Lineage’s destruction, then escaped to the Upper Realm and fought the lineages, merchants, and bounty hunters who targeted him. The stretch leaves him badly injured as he begins breaking through to Divine King while a Venerable pursues him.
Ye Xuan used the Sealing Realm and disguises to kill his pursuers and ignite a holy war against the Thousand Leaves Merchant Association, then plundered the imperial palace and Great Sword Sect. He fled aboard an airship, where he remained hidden from Ye Wushen until two Divine Kings cornered Chu Yu and an unidentified person appeared behind her.
Ye Xuan fought his way through Heavenly Void Island and its ruins, rescued his allies, and rose to first place on the Venerable Ranking. After rescuing Yin Tianjiao and reuniting with Han Bingning in Dragon Whisker City, he survived a lightning tribulation and set out to find Yin Tianjiao and challenge the Divine Ranking prodigies.
Ye Xuan claimed first place on the Divine Ranking, conquered the Profound Void Divine Tower, and fought the factions hunting him across the Heavenly Domain. He climbed the Heaven-Ascending Steps to the summit, where the transformed young woman welcomed him with tea.
