As for whether Zaratul was lying, Klein is certain of one thing: the " Monster " pathway is definitely part of the Fate Sequence. This matches the description he saw in the Nighthawks's internal documents and also the name of the Potion he had heard about before, " Prophet."
Since there is a Fate Sequence, the " Seer " approach is unlikely to overlap with the other party's, which will cause some degree of overlap and is inconsistent with the different characteristics shown by the current Sequence.
