The black team quickly mobilized relevant surveillance footage and reviewed the monitoring bureau's videos from the past three days at a speed thousands of times faster than humans. The two men in police uniforms were still making comments, completely unaware that their database traffic had suddenly surged. However, due to the regular erasure and rewriting of data within the alarm threshold, the firewall was not triggered at all.

This was the seventh street Mu Fan had turned down. The buildings were much fewer now; this area was more of a leisure zone, prioritizing scenery, hence the fewer streets. Finally, he could clearly see the mountain. Mu Fan looked up and saw a gentle slope covered in greenery. There were no buildings on the mountain, making it rather inconspicuous in this scenic, mountain-surrounded city.

Just then, a dark voice suddenly came to his ear, "Mu Fan, it seems like something's not right."

"What's wrong?" Mu Fan glanced around but didn't find anything unusual. He was the outsider in this city, and everyone else looked like a local. He walked quite naturally, trying not to leave any trace. However, he was clearly overthinking it. No one would notice a teenager taking a walk in the city. He wasn't strong or had a criminal record, and he looked quite smart. Wasn't that a perfectly normal person?

"The City Monitoring Bureau just sent me information mentioning an abnormal increase in recent foot traffic. I set up keyword collection and gathered some words. I checked relevant videos and found that the number of tourists has shown signs of increasing in the last three days." Hei's words left Mu Fan completely confused. Isn't it normal for tourists to appear in such a beautiful urban area?

"Furthermore, the video shows very few female tourists, with most passengers being male, mostly young and middle-aged, and relatively few children. Thirteen instances of littering were observed in just five minutes." Mu Fan still didn't quite understand, and he casually glanced around.

There was a small group over there, and the people in them were indeed tall and burly, carrying bulging travel bags. This group came into Mu Fan's view from the other side of the street. So Mu Fan casually said, "I see tourists here too, so aren't I considered tourists as well?"

"They litter indiscriminately, and this phenomenon has been on the rise in the last three days. Due to the lack of more detailed and clear data, we need your assistance in making a judgment." The black voice piqued Mu Fan's interest. Since there were no other abnormalities for the time being, he decided to go back to the street entrance to take a look.

There were many pedestrians, but no one paid any attention to the boy. Mu Fan also saw many scattered tourists who were taking photos with great interest, marveling at a mansion, or hurrying through deserted alleyways.

Finding nothing unusual, Mu Fan walked on, observing the surrounding area where several patrol officers were. The distance wasn't long, and Mu Fan soon reached the group of tourists. He could clearly see their appearance; just as Hei had said, they were all men, around thirty years old.

However, we can't conclude that something is wrong just because of this. Mu Fan's eyes narrowed. He noticed that one of the men wearing a baseball cap casually tossed aside a bag of snacks that he had only just opened and eaten a few bites of. Under the cover of his companions walking by, no one noticed.

No, based on the trajectory of the bag of snacks, Mu Fan's intuition told him that it must contain something heavier, so he decided to go over and take a closer look.

The group stopped frequently while playing, and exchanged friendly greetings with a patrolling police officer as they passed. Mu Fan also saw a little boy run into the middle of the street chasing a running pet dog. The dog slipped under the group's feet, and the boy ran past the adults behind them.

The group of tourists saw that it was just a child and did not do anything more, but they also stopped littering.

But then an accident happened! The little boy's Mother, panicked and afraid that her child would be hurt, suddenly rushed out from behind and bumped into a tourist carrying a shoulder bag. The tourist was holding a bag of snacks, and in the unexpected collision, the snacks fell out of his hand!

Clang! The sound of metal hitting the ground immediately attracted the attention of the patrolling police officers nearby.

Mu Fan's sharp eyes clearly saw a round, black iron disc fall to the ground; the sound just now came from it.

"Mu Fan, be careful!" Hei's voice suddenly became urgent.

"Damn it!" The person leading the tour group suddenly turned around and shouted angrily.

"Alert!" the patrol officer shouted suddenly when he saw the black discus, and raised his carbine at the tourist.

Then, Mu Fan felt a surge of crisis. He noticed that the group of people were reaching into the bags on their backs. How could he not understand the strangeness of these people? The sense of crisis made him retreat instantly. In the blink of an eye, five bullet holes appeared where he had just been standing.

"Rat-a-tat-tat!" A rapid series of popping sounds rang out. When the woman tried to turn around to apologize, she saw the patrolman riddled with bullets in the blink of an eye, his blown-out head splattering with brain matter and blood all over her. Then she saw the man holding a gun, giving her a wicked smile, and pulling the trigger!

"Ah!!" A sharp scream echoed through the street, and the scattered crowd panicked instantly, frantically calling for help. Within seconds, the street descended into complete chaos.

"Damn it! The leader won't let you get away with this! Plans ahead of schedule!" After the group of tourists roared at his wrist, he pressed a button in his pocket.

"Boom!" The street they had just walked through was engulfed in flames and a shockwave rose up. The surrounding buildings were uprooted, and boulders were blasted from the ground into the air. A series of strong tremors and huge explosions followed. Mu Fan, who was hiding in a nearby alley, was caught off guard and was thrown away by the shockwave, crashing to the ground.

"Mu Fan! Mu Fan! Mu Fan, speak up!" Hei called out to Mu Fan loudly, his voice filled with extreme anxiety.

"I..." Mu Fan recovered from the tinnitus a few seconds later.

"Boom!" "Boom boom!" As if that had started, deafening explosions rang out in every street, and a mushroom cloud could be seen rising high in the center. Mu Fan's voice was interrupted.

"... It's okay!" Mu Fan shook his head vigorously, finally gritted his teeth and stood up, leaning against the wall of the narrow alley. He was the only one there now.

"Mu Fan, these people have appeared!! They actually used medium-wave communication, and those rubbish bombs are all remote-controlled high-explosive bombs! I was actually fooled by such a low-level method! Damn it!" Black's angry voice rang out. It couldn't tolerate making such a low-level mistake, because it explained all the previous problems.

"Tell me quickly, which warehouse!" Mu Fan was still a little dazed, but he noticed that the group of ruthless people had begun to fire in their direction. He had to get out of there as soon as possible! So many guns filled him with wave after wave of fear; physical strength was utterly insignificant in the face of firearms!

However, before he could go, he had to deal with the three armed men who were about to rush towards him.

Creak! Mu Fan clenched his fist.
