Lu Chiyan took his bottle of Coke from Qin Sili. "Then you can just drink water!"
He would just have to bear the burden of such delicious Coke all by himself!
"Don't you think it's too quiet?" Lu Chiyan suddenly asked Qin Sili.
Qin Sili shook his head.
He liked quiet to begin with, so naturally, he saw nothing wrong with it.
Lu Chiyan said, "How about some music? Where's my phone..."
As he spoke, Lu Chiyan put down his Coke and reached for the phone beside the pool.
But his hand was wet. He failed to get a firm grip, and the phone slipped straight into the hot spring pool.
Lu Chiyan instinctively tried to catch it. He missed the phone, but accidentally touched Qin Sili's private parts instead.
In an instant, Lu Chiyan's ears turned red.
He was so embarrassed that he wanted to bury his head in the pool.
But he couldn't.
For no other reason than that if he put his head underwater now, he would get an even clearer view of the place he had just accidentally touched.
That sight really would be... he didn't dare think about it.
Lu Chiyan didn't dare look at Qin Sili at all. He could distinctly feel that his face was already burning as hot as a monkey's butt.
[Save me, save me, somebody save me. This is so embarrassing. I really didn't mean to! What do I do now? Will Qin Sili get angry?]
Since Lu Chiyan didn't dare look at Qin Sili, he naturally had no idea that Qin Sili's face wasn't much better than his right now.
Lu Chiyan had only gone red around his ears, but the embarrassed flush on Qin Sili's face had spread all the way down his neck.
His heartbeat was accelerating wildly, and heat surged through his whole body. Qin Sili was completely out of sorts too.
Yet he still had to do his best to act composed.
He bent down, retrieved Lu Chiyan's phone from the pool, and handed it to him with feigned calm. "Your phone."
"Oh." Only after taking the phone did Lu Chiyan dare sneak a glance at Qin Sili.
[Seriously? He's this calm? No reaction at all? As expected of a villain big shot with a business empire in his hands. What mental fortitude! That's true, maybe he didn't think anything of it at all. After all, I've got one of those too. Maybe he's even seen mine when we went to the bathroom together before! Ugh! Turns out I'm the only clown here!]
"..." The corners of Qin Sili's mouth twitched twice. How was he calm? He wasn't calm at all, okay?
He needed to cool down for a moment.
After giving Lu Chiyan a slightly guilty look, Qin Sili said, "I'll... go drink some water."
With that, Qin Sili stood up and stepped out of the pool.
Lu Chiyan had felt less embarrassed after convincing himself, but the moment Qin Sili stood up, his gaze landed without warning on a certain part he shouldn't have been looking at. The blush that had just faded from his face instantly returned.
It was just... so big!
No, wait... Lu Chiyan covered his face. What on earth am I thinking?
These damned hands, these damned eyes of mine!
He couldn't stay in the hot spring any longer either. Lu Chiyan got out too, draped a clean bath towel over himself, and headed toward the bar as well, wiping his phone dry as he walked.
The phone worked perfectly, not at all like it had been submerged in water.
"This phone's that well-made? It's fine even after being underwater?" Lu Chiyan muttered. Just as he finished speaking, a call came in.
It was an unfamiliar number, a landline.
After Lu Chiyan answered, a clear, lovely female voice came from the other end. "Hello, may I ask if this is Mr. Lu Chiyan?"
