At 8:30 a. m., the rain outside showed no signs of letting up; in fact, it was getting heavier.
The noisy rain finally made it impossible for Gu Wancheng to sleep, so she opened her eyes and stared blankly at the ceiling for a while.

Gu Wancheng went downstairs after washing up and changing into a casual outfit.

Bo Yizhou silently poured him a cup of soy milk. Gu Wancheng quickly picked it up and took a sip, finally letting out a sigh of relief. That steamed bun had almost made him choke.
"This soy milk is quite delicious." The cup wasn't big, and he finished it in two sips. Seeing this, Bo Yizhou poured him another cup.
Gu Wancheng didn't finish the whole thing in two bites this time. Instead, she picked up a piece of millet cake and ate it, afraid that if she got full from drinking soy milk, she wouldn't be able to eat all the delicious food on the table.

Chaochao immediately raised his eyebrows. What did that mean? Was he being called an idiot? Seriously, he was about to lose his temper!
After Xiaolin finished speaking, he looked at Chaochao Chao, whose face was flushed with anger, and she looked at him with a completely innocent expression.
Xiaoxiao's lips twitched, and she said helplessly, "Put it here."
Chaochao decided to temporarily forget what had just happened and listened to him as he placed the puzzle piece in the spot Xiaoxiao was pointing to.

"What should we do? Xiaoxiao, think of something quickly." Zuozuo tugged at his sleeve.
Xiaoxiao: Do you think I have a solution?

"Alright, Uncle Gu is right. You're both smart kids. Make up with Chaochao, okay?" Zhao Chengyu nudged Xiaolin's back.
Xiaolin glanced awkwardly at Chaochao, who was nestled in Gu Wancheng's arms, and whispered, "I'm sorry."
"I'm sorry, but in my heart, Suisui is the smartest."
They both spoke at the same time, then paused for a moment before laughing.
Seeing that they had made up, Gu Wancheng left, stuffing a strawberry candy into his mouth before she left.
Chaochao, having received the strawberry candy, savored the sweet taste in her mouth and happily squinted her eyes.
The puzzle was quickly completed with the help of the kids, then scrambled and started over.
Meanwhile, Gu Wancheng and the others were still watching that outrageous TV series from before.
