• Huo Yuhao destroyed the Ducal Palace, absorbed its resentful spirits, and was proclaimed the Holy Spirit Cult’s Holy Son by Zhongli Wu.
• Huo Yuhao completed the Rakshasa inheritance, and Bibi Dong joined him after learning his memories and his warning about Tang San.
• Huo Yuhao used Tsukuyomi to release Ma Xiaotao’s Evil Fire, evolving her martial soul before she returned to Shrek.
• Huo Yuhao spent a year strengthening his body with Zhongli Yu, then left with her and traveled toward the Star Dou Great Forest.

Huo Yuhao builds his strength and gathers allies at Shrek Academy while resisting the Sea God’s attempt to influence his fate. As the freshman assessment approaches, he forms the Death Fire Sea Team with Xie Huanyue and Cui Yajie, whose Martial Soul he transforms.

• Huo Yuhao met Xie Huanyue at the Treasure Appraisal Fair and helped him use ancient ape marrow to evolve his Martial Soul and shed his excess weight.
• Huo Yuhao cultivated with Ning Tian, Wu Feng, and Nanmen Yun'er, while Zhongli Yu killed the sect experts sent after him and became intimate with him before leaving for seclusion.
• Huo Yuhao joined Class Nine, concealed his power from his classmates, and showed Mujin his Spiritual Detection Sharing skill and theory of Soul Power Compression Degree.
• At a barbecue with Xie Huanyue, Huo Yuhao redirected the Sea God's divine sense from Tang Ya into Xu Sanshi, then collapsed from the strain and resolved to avoid the Tang Sect.
• Ma Xiaotao gave Huo Yuhao a roughly fifty-thousand-year-old Space-Time Dragon Leg Bone, which he absorbed to gain a third ring and the ability to let attacks pass through him.
• Huo Yuhao recruited Cui Yajie into Class Nine and used natural energy and Electrolux's magic to evolve her Nine-tailed Fox into a Nine-tailed Immortal Fox with a Hundred Thousand Year soul spirit and Soul Ring.

Huo Yuhao went to the Extreme North seeking the Ice Empress, survived a disastrous encounter with Gu Yuena’s forces, and gained powerful soul bones and abilities while saving Zhongli Yu. After returning to Shrek, he reunited with his friends and defeated Gou Luanshi’s group, while the academy’s competition team faced an attack that left Wang Dong trapped with a Soul King.

• Huo Yuhao traveled to the Extreme North with Zhongli Yu, where the Ice Empress and Myriad Demon King ambushed them and left Zhongli Yu mortally wounded before Gu Yuena intervened.
• Huo Yuhao persuaded Gu Yuena and the fierce beasts that he could help the soul beast lineage pursue godhood, and the Myriad Demon King pledged allegiance to him.
• Huo Yuhao accepted the Myriad Demon King’s and Ice Empress’s power, gained new soul bones, and transferred Zhongli Yu’s injuries to himself, leaving him unconscious while she watched over him.
• After waking and recovering, Huo Yuhao returned to Shrek with Zhongli Yu, while his friends worried that he had missed the tournament selection deadline.
