Where Is Your Love

(Actually, I had a little trick up my sleeve; I deliberately saved the final battle for the next chapter, which is exactly one hundred chapters.)

"You damned old dog! Give him back to me!!"

Storm stared intently at the face before her.

This impeccable divine body hangs within arm's reach.

But those eyes revealed a mockery and Coldblood.

But it was like a maggot, parasitizing and devouring everything she had planned.

He lived for over a century.

She witnessed the collapse of the empire, saw her husband and daughter pass away, and watched entire generations turn to dust before her very eyes.

She was always searching for the person with whom she could give her life meaning.

And she found it.

In this world filled with the mundane and the inferior, Homelander is the perfect creation she has been waiting for for decades.

He was also the only kindred spirit she could embrace and possess without any reservations.

And now, this old bastard who only knows how to use despicable tricks has taken away all her hard work and is treating her like a puppet.

She couldn't stand it.

"Go to hell!!"

A flash of furious rage crossed her eyes.

Under the thin, cold winds high in the sky, arcs of deep purple electricity, tens of thousands of volts long, danced and roamed like giant pythons.

It burst forth violently from every pore of her body, even from the strands of her hair.

The sea of clouds, spanning several meters in radius, was instantly evaporated the moment it came into contact with the electric spark.

Within the circular shockwave, Storm squeezed her berserk electrical energy to its limit, causing the lightning plasma on her right fist to collapse and condense.

Then, with a terrifying sonic boom, like a purple star falling backward, it slammed into Godolkin's face!

Faced with this terrifying attack, Godolkin didn't even flinch.

"Boom!!"

The fist slammed solidly into Godolkin's cheekbone.

The deep purple plasma exploded and splattered upon contact.

The blinding light and shockwave swept across, creating a fault line a hundred meters in diameter in the thick cumulus clouds.

However, once the violent thunder subsided, an incredulous look of horror appeared in Storm's eyes.

Having been exposed to terrifying electrical energy powerful enough to melt a tank into molten iron, Godolkin was only slightly disheveled.

There wasn't even a single burn mark on his face.

"Ugh... that feels so good..."

Godolkin leisurely twisted his neck, his knuckles making a slight cracking sound.

At that moment, the muscles on the right side of his face suddenly twitched violently.

His pupils constricted, and a thick layer of red blood vessels quickly spread across the white of his right eye. His left cheek remained indifferent, but his right cheek suddenly clenched.

One corner of his mouth was twitched, his teeth chattered, and his right eye was wide open, filled with shock, anger, and sorrow.

"Get... out..."

His Adam's apple bobbed violently, and his vocal cords were pulled apart by two conflicting commands, forcing out a rough and harsh sound.

The consciousness of the Homelander compelled him to raise his right hand sharply to his chest, his fingers spasming and clenching tightly inward.

His knuckles turned white as he forcefully pulled his arm back, then, trembling, he slowly brought it closer to his neck.

"Get out of my head! Don't touch her!!"

Deep within his consciousness, his roar erupted once more.

Despite the repeated tugs of control, Godolkin managed to twitch the corner of his mouth on the half of his face, then raised his index finger and casually tapped his temple.

A terrifying pressure suddenly erupted from the depths of his mind.

The desperate counterattack of the Homelander had barely begun to ripple when it was completely swallowed up by a huge wave.

Soon, the spasms stopped, the five fingers drooped weakly, and the tense muscles on the right side of the face gradually relaxed, completely returning to their original state.

"Hehe..."

Godolkin blinked, his expression returning to its usual calm, leaving only a chilling hint of disbelief at his interrupted interest.

"... Did you hear that, Clara? Your little lover is pleading for you."

Godolkin chuckled to himself, his eyes gradually turning cold.

"But unfortunately... I now understand better than he does how to use this godlike body."

At the core of consciousness.

In the cold, deathly silent prison, Homelander huddled up, murmuring in a humble, hoarse voice:

"Please... let her go..."

"... This body is yours now. I can kill whomever you want..."

Vought, the military, anyone on this planet... I just beg you, don't kill her!

outside world.

Clara looked at that familiar face, and the rage in her chest collapsed and swelled...

She knew better than anyone how tough Homelander's body was; ordinary attacks weren't even worthy of tickling him.

They wanted to rescue Jhon, or at least shake the mind of that old bastard who had taken over his head.

She must push herself to the limit, condensing all the electrical energy in her body to unleash a devastating attack.

Madness overwhelms reason.

A fierce wind howled, and Clara closed her eyes.

She was lost in memories.

An underground laboratory from decades ago.

This was the day she voluntarily received the V1 injection.

Frederick stood behind bulletproof glass, a stopwatch in his hand and a recording board covered with electroencephalograms.

Undiluted V1, like boiling mercury, was forcibly injected into her veins.

"The human body is just a fragile fuse, Clara."

Over the walkie-talkie, Frederick spoke with fervor:

"If we force the peak value of bioelectricity beyond the physical body's tolerance limit."

Theoretically, your flesh and blood could collapse into pure plasma.

But this requires fuel.

Cell telomeres, your lifespan, and even the activity of your internal organs can all become fuel for fire.

In short... the price of pushing your limits is your lifespan.

That day was the only time she lost control.

The steel restraints vaporized instantly at thousands of degrees Celsius, and the entire laboratory floor was burned into irregular, transparent glassy states.

She fell back into her flesh and blood body from the half-burnt arc of electricity.

In the mirror, that once youthful face was now covered with withered wrinkles, and large patches of black hair had fallen out.

It took her decades, relying on the self-healing mechanism that came with the compound, to barely heal from that trauma.

If it weren't for that outbreak, she might have lived for another two centuries.

So since then, she has never tried to open that "forbidden" gate again.

Until now.

Thinking of this, Clara suddenly opened her eyes.

All restrictions are completely lifted at this moment.

In an instant.

Under extreme metabolic conditions, the muscles on the left side of her body began to mutate.

The delicate skin and flesh lost water and shrank in a very short time, lying flat against the bone like dry, shriveled parchment.

Her once black hair, which hung down to her shoulders, began to turn white inch by inch from the roots.

At the same instant, her right side completely lost control.

The carbon-based structure of flesh and blood vaporizes and disintegrates on the spot under a pressure of billions of volts.

Skin, blood vessels, and bones merged into one under the blinding light, completely collapsing into a raging, surging purple-white mass.

She could only maintain this form for less than ten seconds.

We must act swiftly and decisively.

Clara defiantly twisted her body against the raging wind, her right arm, forged entirely from lightning plasma, tearing through the air and drawing a distorted arc of light.

Immediately afterwards, carrying extremely terrifying electrical energy, it rapidly collapsed from its original location into a dead end.

The next second, the figure suddenly appeared in mid-air and smashed straight into Godolkin's face.

It happened the instant the two made contact.

"Thump!!!"

A bright white spot of light suddenly burst forth from nowhere.

Enveloped in a raging torrent of electrical energy, it transformed into an arc-shaped explosive ring that stretched across the advection current.

It swept straight toward the surrounding horizon at dozens of times the speed of sound!

The thick sea of rain clouds that had covered the sky for thousands of meters was completely flattened the moment the shock wave passed.

In the center of the sky, a huge ring-shaped hole was blasted through.

"Boom!!"

The violent lightning struck Godolkin squarely.

The next second, Godolkin was instantly thrown horizontally and flew thousands of meters away.

It tore through several layers of clouds high in the sky, leaving a glaring white trail in its wake.

He abruptly stopped several kilometers away, his body swaying violently in the gale.

Clara's all-out attack was indeed quite effective.

Beneath the charred, rolled-up flesh, the broken cheekbone stubble stood erect, exposed to the cold wind.

My ears were filled with a sharp buzzing sound.

The severe concussion made him stagger, his mouth full of broken teeth and thick blood.

Unfortunately, this is not the case for the body of the Homelander.

Such intensity, however, is insufficient to cause truly fatal damage.

The dizziness lasted only half a second.

"Hehe..."

Godolkin pressed his sunken left cheek with one hand, then his right eye suddenly widened, bursting forth with a red light.

"Laugh--!!"

The next second, two crimson, blinding Heat Vision tore through the sky and shot straight toward Clara's location.

At this point, Clara had already escaped her extreme state.

The lightning on his right side completely went out, and his left side shriveled up like a dried corpse.

It was emitting acrid black smoke and fell like a kite with a broken string.

Then, Heat Vision came into view.

"Whoosh--"

Clara didn't even have time to scream before she was sent flying backward by the terrifying force of the impact.

Godolkin hung suspended in mid-air, his chest heaving violently.

The broken bone in the cheek emitted a chilling crackling sound, amplified by the compound and the amplified sound waves.

Soon, new granulation tissue began to spread, wriggling and merging within the charred wound.

He stretched out his right hand, which was covered in black blood, grabbed his dislocated jaw, and then violently snapped it back into place with a "crack".

The excruciating pain caused his face to twitch nervously.

Then, he lowered his bloodshot eyelids and stared intently at the shadow below that had turned into a black dot and was falling to the ground.

"... crazy woman."

Immediately, a storm cloud erupted beneath his feet.

His entire body collapsed into a black shadow, flying straight towards Clara's location.

A few seconds later.

With one hand behind his back and the other gripping Clara's throat, Godolkin suspended her thousands of meters above the edge of the troposphere.

"Uh..."

Storm's weakened body convulsed as she mustered all her strength to throw her left fist at Godolkin's throat.

"Snap!"

A crisp sound rang out in mid-air.

Godolkin's right hand gripped Clara's wrist tightly, like an iron clamp.

Before she could cry out in pain, he yanked her forward and twisted her entire forearm into a Clara pretzel with great force.

"Aaaaaaaahhhhh!"

The intense pain caused Storm to scream in agony.

But driven by despair, she suddenly looked up, her eyes flashing with intense electric light that pierced Godolkin's eyes.

Godolkin smiled cruelly, a sudden, crimson glint of danger flashing deep in his eyes.

A crimson Heat Vision suddenly erupted, piercing straight through her abdomen with absolute force.

Blackened blood splattered high in the air, charred and raw.

Godolkin withdrew his Heat Vision, grabbed her by the throat, and pulled her, limp as a feather, close to his.

Smiling, I admired the pain and despair in her eyes.

"Don't blame me, Clara..."

Godolkin whispered in a low, Homelander's voice.

"If anyone's to blame, it's him... for being too weak."

But before she could finish speaking, the dying Storm's eyes suddenly widened!

"Te--"

Then, with a gurgling sound in his throat, he spat a mouthful of thick phlegm mixed with blood and foam onto Godolkin's face.

"Baby, I know you're listening... Get this old bastard out of here!!"

Warm, sticky phlegm slid down his cheeks, and Godolkin closed his eyes with a slight twitch.

When he opened his eyes again, the mockery on his face had turned into cold violence.

"How interesting..."

Godolkin wiped the blood from his face and smiled.

Then, at the level of consciousness, it forcibly connected to the tactile feedback of the Homelander.

"Enjoy it..."

He controlled Homelander's right hand, his fingers piercing Storm's intact left collarbone inch by inch.

With a chilling sound of bones being crushed, a forceful squeeze Smash the entire scapula.

"Ughh...

Storm's heart-wrenching screams echoed high in the sky.

"Stop!! Stop right now!!"

Deep within their consciousness, the Homelander let out a frantic wail.

Neural synchronization allowed him to perceive everything clearly.

The resistance of fingertips sinking into flesh, the warm, sticky feeling, and the subtle tremor of bone cracking.

He could clearly feel himself tearing her apart.

And the one who inflicted this fatal torture was himself.

Godolkin leaned close to Storm's pale ear and, with a smile, delivered his verdict in Homelander's distinctively deep voice:

"Look closely, Clara, the one slowly crushing you... is the very John you love."

"Did you see that?"

Godolkin spoke coldly from the depths of his mind.

"She could have lived longer."

"Let her go... please let her go!!"

The Homelander are trapped in a mental cage, frantically pounding against the invisible barrier, wailing and weeping uncontrollably.

"Please... stop!!"

Outside, Storm gritted her teeth and, with her still-functioning left arm, desperately swung it toward Godolkin's eyes.

But Godolkin was clearly faster.

He grabbed Storm's wrist and crushed it cleanly, the white bone breaking through the flesh and protruding outwards.

Clara was about to open her mouth to scream when Godolkin's hand had already gripped her chin.

"Sizzle--"

Immediately afterwards, his five fingers dug deep into the soft flesh of his cheeks, and with a hissing sound, he forcefully ripped the entire jawbone outwards.

In an instant, excruciating pain and blood loss choked her screams, leaving only the gurgling sound of her choking.

Immediately afterwards, Godolkin did not stop. His right hand moved downwards, and his five fingers dug into Storm's right collarbone socket like steel nails.

He gripped the bone.

Skin and flesh were pulled and ripped from the manubrium of the sternum, leaving behind a large patch of sticky, dark red flesh.

"No... no!!"

Ignoring the roar of the Homelander in his mind, Godolkin's eyes turned cold, and he suddenly exerted force with both arms in opposite directions.

"Tear--!!"

A dull thud of flesh being torn apart rang out.

Clara's body was forcibly torn in two, her chest cavity suddenly opened wide.

Ribs were cleanly broken, and steaming internal organs and intestines were piled up.

It poured down in the fierce winds high above, turning into a sky full of foul-smelling blood rain.

Storm mangled body tumbling and falling into the clouds.

The Bombsight, hovering in the airspace dozens of meters away, was completely stunned.

Blood even splattered onto his mouth.

It's still fucking hot.

Watching Storm being torn apart like livestock by Godolkin, the Bombsight was completely dumbfounded.

He joined this fight only for his girlfriend, Little Headliner, not to die.

Extreme panic instantly surged up his spinal cord and spread to his nerves.

He paused for a moment, then used all his strength to turn around.

Then it pushed its flight speed to the limit, rolling and flying along the troposphere as it desperately fled.

"Oh dear... am I that scary?"

Godolkin shook the blood and bits of flesh off his hands, looking with a hint of mockery at the disheveled figure fleeing ahead.

But he didn't chase after him.

He simply raised his right hand slowly, extended his scarlet tongue, and licked away a drop of warm blood that had splashed on the corner of his mouth with utter ecstasy and enjoyment.

"Ugh, this tastes awful, it's really weird."

Godolkin stood proudly amidst the swirling blood mist, arms crossed, and yawned listlessly.

"This is so boring... right?"

Godolkin scoffed at the Homelander in his mind—an image long since hoarse from crying and utterly paralyzed mentally:

"This is the woman you cherish? Your so-called support... as weak as a caterpillar."

Is there really no place in this world where I can just stretch my muscles a little and have some fun?

Before he could finish speaking...

Godolkin's lips suddenly froze.

That was an unprecedentedly terrifying air pressure, rising wildly from the depths of the sea of clouds below!

500 meters, 300 meters, 100 meters!!

"Boom boom boom boom--!!"

It was accompanied by a deafening roar that echoed through the heavens.

Below.

Two massive sinkholes were blasted through the vast white plain by two beams of crimson-gold light!

The scalding white cotton, like a piece of red-hot lava, rolled and melted wildly in all directions.

At the heart of that towering pillar.

A flesh-colored body surrounded by golden-red flames tore through the void and hovered steadily at the same altitude as Godolkin.

The north wind howled, and the turbid air swirled back.

John stood with his hands behind his back in the void, a pale golden halo flowing across his cold, white skin.

Between her eyes, two golden-red streaks, seemingly solid, transformed into tassels that stretched to both sides of her temples.

Cold, mocking.

From a high vantage point, murderous intent lurked.

Their eyes met.

The atmosphere froze completely in that instant.

Godolkin stared in surprise at the man before him who should have been reduced to ashes in the Chest Cannon self-destruction.

He looked at the other person's flawless body and those golden-red eyes that made him tremble slightly.

The look of astonishment on his face lasted only a brief moment.

Immediately afterwards.

Godolkin's bloodthirsty eyes gleamed.

On his distorted face, the corners of his mouth slowly stretched open, a wide grin that reached all the way to his ears.

"Belch--"

He let out a burp, then slowly opened his arms.

"Oh my god... you're still alive?"

(I went out to play today, so I'm a bit tired and typing this late)
