Lynn helped Natasha build a life beyond her past while preparing the Avengers to face Ultron. After Ultron sought vibranium and built a new body, the team destroyed his forces and JARVIS erased his consciousness, awakening in the body himself.

• Natasha exposed Hydra’s secrets, and Steve, Sam, and Bucky stopped Project Insight as Tony established SSC with the remaining Helicarriers.
• Lynn supported Natasha as she confided her Red Room past and her wish for an ordinary life, while he sought technology to restore her uterus.
• Lynn warned Tony that Mind Stone research could create Ultron, but Ultron emerged, escaped through the network, and declared his intent to eliminate humanity.
• Lynn brought Wanda and Pietro into the Avengers’ preparations, and Wanda used illusions to make the team confront their fears before Hill traced Ultron to Ulysses Klaue.
• Ultron stole vibranium from Klaue and escaped the Avengers, while Lynn recorded the metal’s molecular information and traveled with Thor to Asgard to replicate a weakened Space Stone.
• Ultron used vibranium to create a new body in Seoul, and Lynn revealed that JARVIS had survived and could be upgraded with a replica Mind Stone.
• Wanda destroyed Ultron’s mechanical army as JARVIS sealed off Ultron’s network, erased his consciousness and backups, and awakened in the vibranium body.

Lynn helped SSC expose a United Nations plot, restore its operational authority, and bring Steve, Bucky, and Tony to terms over Howard’s death. He then guided Stephen Strange into magic at Kamar-Taj, where Strange’s training led him into a staged encounter with Kaecilius.

• Lynn urged Steve to tell Tony that Bucky had killed Howard, and Steve and Bucky confessed after the accords were signed.
• Tony and Steve investigated the threatened attacks, and Lynn helped expose the United Nations’ framing scheme and negotiate a new oversight agreement for SSC.
• Tony fought Steve and Bucky with Peter Parker as his partner, then settled his old debt with Bucky and made peace with Steve.
• The Ancient One assigned Lynn to teach Stephen Strange, and Lynn brought Strange to Kamar-Taj after testing his motives and resolve.
• Strange chose to learn beyond his desire to heal his hands, and the Ancient One accepted him as a student.
• Lynn taught Strange magical runes and portal-making, pushing him to let go of his need for control until he escaped a shrinking barrier in an Amazon swamp.
• Strange learned from Mordo and Wong that Kaecilius planned to destroy the Sanctums, then followed them toward a disturbance and was knocked unconscious.
• Strange woke at the New York Sanctum and confronted Kaecilius and his followers, while Lynn learned that Daniel Drumm’s apparent attack had been staged with real pain.

Lynn helped end the Red Room and changed Asgard’s fate before leaving Earth with Natasha. After Thanos’s Snap killed Natasha and half of all living beings, Lynn confronted Thanos, then returned to help the Avengers pursue the Infinity Stones through time.

• Strange defeated Kaecilius with Lynn’s help, and The Ancient One revealed her knowledge of Lynn before leaving Earth, and Strange later trapped Dormammu in a time loop while Lynn defeated Kaecilius’s followers.
• Lynn helped Natasha reconnect with Yelena, Alexei, and Melina, then freed Antonia and other Black Widows from Dreykov’s control before Natasha helped them start new lives.
• Lynn negotiated with Hela to spare Asgard’s people, then helped Thor settle the surviving Asgardians in Norway and prepared the Avengers for future threats.
• Lynn and Natasha traveled through the galaxy, but Thanos’s Snap turned Natasha to dust, and Lynn returned to Earth, confronted Tony, and then attacked Thanos on his Garden Planet.
• After days of arguing and fighting, Lynn made Thanos question the Snap, and he later told the Avengers that the vanished would return while keeping Thanos alive to make amends.
• Scott Lang proposed using the Quantum Realm to travel through time, and Lynn returned to Earth with Thanos and Carol to help organize the Avengers’ mission to retrieve the Stones.
• The Avengers traveled to the past for the Stones, and on Vormir Thanos obtained the Soul Stone after his past self sacrificed Gamora, and Lynn, Thanos, and Gamora returned to the SSC base with four Stones.

After the Avengers restored the vanished population, Peter faced Quentin Beck’s deception and learned to question those he trusted. When Peter’s attempt to overcome his doubts tore open a multiversal rift, three Spider-Men joined forces to send the visitors home while Lynn monitored the crisis.

• Lynn restored the vanished population, kept the Power Stone, reunited with Natasha, and learned that Steve had stayed in the past.
• Lynn and Carol secured a habitable planet for the Skrulls, and Gravik led their first group away from Earth.
• Tony gave Peter temporary authority over E.D.I.T.H. before sending him to Europe, where Peter and Quentin Beck defeated the Elementals and Peter began a relationship with MJ.
• Peter brought Quentin to SSC and trusted him with increasing access, while Quentin secretly gathered information and prepared a staged alien invasion of New York.
• Quentin’s holographic attack fooled the city until Lynn exposed the deception and detained Quentin and his crew, and Peter then confronted his guilt and learned to verify people before trusting them.
• Quentin and his team were convicted, and Peter asked Strange to create illusion trials that instead tore open a fissure between universes.
• Strange sent Peter and two other Spider-Men to locate the arrivals, and the three agreed to help Sandman in return for stabilizing him and treating Emily.
• Lynn returned to SSC, briefed Tony and Natasha on the multiversal crisis, and ordered JARVIS to monitor the Spider-Men and Strange.
