The end of the semester has arrived as scheduled.

This year's final exams included a new rule: students are not allowed to bring their Magic Mobile Phone into the exam room.

The professors who received gifts from Lorne were extremely surprised, and the first thing they did was check the " Senior's Help " app on their phones.

No one expected that this software would be so effective; even the most obscure and difficult magic problems would only take a few extra seconds to produce an answer in its eyes.

Like a walking Ravenclaw graduate.

The professors unanimously agreed that if the " Senior's Help " were to take the final exam, they estimated that they could get a perfect score in just a quarter of the time.

So what if the Magic Mobile Phone is banned? Lorne wasn't worried at all. He had studied diligently this semester and wasn't afraid of any professor's tests, not even the stern-faced Snape.

He asked Dumbledore for permission to take the exam with the students—not sitting together, of course, but as the proctor, he would write on the platform while the students wrote below, at the same time and in the same place, without any special treatment, to ensure the exam was fair and accurate.

Actually, it was because he had too much to do during the holidays, and Lorne felt he didn't have time to stay at school. He took the exam with the students to save time; otherwise, with a few more days of review time, Lorne could have finished reviewing a whole book.

Lockhart ultimately couldn't hold out until the students left school. On the last day of the term, Fudge, in an effort to salvage the Ministry of Magic's reputation, personally led several Auror to arrest Lockhart.

Lockhart was happily packing his things, deciding to disappear from the public eye for another two months so he could package his detective novels as true stories.

He never expected to be arrested, so when Fudge handed him the handcuffs, Lockhart examined them for a moment before giving his assessment. "The workmanship is far inferior to what I've seen among the Goblin. If the Ministry of Magic needs it, I can make an introduction; I have quite a reputation among the Goblin —wait, why are you handcuffing me?"

Fudge twitched his lips. "Someone reported you for using Memory Modification Charm to steal memories. We've found three witnesses who have regained their memories and are willing to testify in court. Mr. Lockhart, your good days are over."

"No—wait! Didn't Hogwarts teach you to investigate before you speak? You have no right to arrest me! I am Order of Merlin, Third Class!" Lockhart shouted at the students as he was led away, his eyes fixed on the crowd. "Students, save your kind and capable teacher, Lockhart! Just like when you saved Hagrid! The evil Ministry of Magic is causing trouble at Hogwarts again! Where is justice? Where is the truth?"

Lockhart's hoped-for cheers from the crowd did not materialize. He searched the crowd for a long time, hoping to see Harry step forward, but he never saw him.

"Wait a moment!"

Lorne shouted from afar, and Lockhart and Fudge both shuddered. The former was as excited as a dog that hadn't seen its master in a long time, while the latter looked wary, afraid of being humiliated in public again.

" Minister Fudge, you must be tired from your journey," Lorne said with a smile. "May I say a few words of farewell to Professor Lockhart?"

Fudge was quite pleased with Lorne's subservience, and he waved his hand generously. "Of course, Mr. Lockhart is only a suspect, not a criminal. You two talk."

Once Fudge was out of sight, Lorne leaned close to Lockhart, whose eyes were sparkling, and whispered, "When we get to Azkaban, if you get a chance, tell Sirius to find the Magic Mobile Phone Official Flagship Store after he gets out."

Lorne patted Lockhart on the shoulder and slipped a note into his hand. "Once you've done all this, the note will tell you the sure way to escape Azkaban."

Lockhart's eyes lit up. It turned out that Lorne hadn't given up on him after all. He hadn't gone to Azkaban to be arrested, but to complete the mission Lorne had given him.

He understood: first, win them over; then, become an undercover agent!

From a distance, Fudge saw the note Lorne into Lockhart's hand and the change in Lockhart's expression, but he had no doubts whatsoever, because it was Director Lorne who provided him with the witness clues and reported Lockhart.

He swaggered around Hogwarts with a few Auror, waving as if he were an inspecting leader.

When Lockhart returned to Fudge's side, he was like a completely different person. He stretched out his hands with great integrity. "Take me away. Justice will protect me. I fear not Reducto, but only that my innocence remain in the world."

"..." Fudge suspected that Lorne had just been teaching Lockhart to sing musicals.

During summer vacation, Lorne returned to the Magic Mobile Phone Shop.

"What's this new product?" Quirrell looked through the phone case Lorne handed him, but didn't find anything special about it.

" The Magic Mobile Phone Case," Lorne explained, "Is different from the previous ones. The latest Magic Mobile Phone Case can maintain stable temperature and humidity, so your hands won't get cold or sweaty."

This is the result of Lorne's recent study of Magic Power Matrix; he has embedded fragments with temperature and humidity control matrices into the Magic Mobile Phone case.

"Set the price a bit higher. There are only ten of these phone cases in total," Lorne instructed. "Don't worry about them not selling. If they don't sell, we'll make it the first prize in the next lucky draw. We need to make sure customers feel that this isn't an ordinary item."

This is certainly no ordinary thing; it's the culmination of Lorne's knowledge.

He retrieved a top hat from the second-floor doorway, pushed aside the unsolicited attention from Sains, and said goodbye to Quirrell, "I need to go out for a bit; don't bother saving me dinner tonight."

Quirrell nodded, then instinctively asked, "Where are we going?"

Lorne deftly placed the hat on his head, a clever trick. He grinned, and his wand slid into his sleeve. "Go on a house call."

Malfoy Manor.

There was a knock on the study door. Lucius glanced at the doorknob with displeasure and uttered a single word without emotion. "Come in."

The old butler carefully turned the doorknob and pushed the door open with extra caution, his every movement seemingly deliberately slowed down so that Lucius could anticipate what he was about to do.

"Master Malfoy, there's a gentleman outside who calls himself ' Lorne Myles ' and wants to see you. He says he's here for a home visit."

"A home visit?" Lucius repeated the old butler's last two words, twirling the ring on his finger without revealing his emotion. "Let him in. Wait for me in the drawing room."

Lucius handled his official business at a leisurely pace. The elegance and refinement of the Malfoy family were reserved for Pure-blood. Besides, that Lorne had caused him to lose his position as chairman of the Board of Governors, so he had to teach him a lesson.

Lorne didn't care at all. He sat on the Malfoy family's sofa, opened his notebook, and began to study the follow-up activities of the Magic Mobile Phone.

To be honest, the sofas in the Malfoy family are even more comfortable than those in Hogwarts.
