"You've been standing here all day, Seven-Smasha. How about a drink of mushroom wine?"
With the blessing of my Power of Belief, I can now Seven-Smasha, just like an ordinary Orks, and I can even enjoy Orks delicacies like mushroom wine and stewed meat.
Toothy's voice came from the doorway. This short, Gretchin, who only reached Lynn's waist, had already shed her former timid and submissive demeanor.
He wore a custom-made Power Armour, with a jewel-encrusted Laspistol hanging at his waist.
She still wore a necklace of teeth around her neck, made of the finest gold teeth.
Two fully armed Hokage followed behind him, carrying the air of a clan leader wherever he went.
Only in front of Lynn would he shed all his pretenses and revert to his innocent self.
He placed a bucket of chilled mushroom wine on the table and followed Lynn's gaze to the holographic star map.
Looking at the three names— Sith, Chandler, Ragnar— that flashed by, his eyes held a complex mix of emotions.
Lynn turned around, took the barrel of liquor, took a swig, and said:
" Toothy, you've come at the right time. I have something to tell you."
"What we need to do next is to ingratiate ourselves with the Sith and infiltrate the core power circle of Carl II. I need you..."
" Seven-Smasha."
Toothy suddenly interrupted him, raised her head, and stared straight into Lynn's eyes.
This usually jovial and joking Gretchin in front of Lynn now had only a desperate, honest look in his eyes.
I know what you're going to do.
Lynn paused, his grip on the barrel tightened, and his eyes instantly turned cold.
Toothy did not back down; he took a step forward, his voice firm:
"I vaguely guessed that your ultimate goal wasn't to make the Hokage Clan the strongest clan on Carl II."
"You're trying to instigate a civil war on Carl II, causing a complete break between Ragnar and Chandler, thus splitting Carl II from within, right?"
The air in the control room froze instantly.
Lynn's gaze was like a knife, fixed on Toothy, his mind racing with countless thoughts.
He suspected that Toothy might know something, but since the other party kept pretending not to know, Lynn decided not to pursue the matter further.
But now that the other party has actually self-destructed, he has begun to plan whether to kill Toothy right here and now to eliminate any future troubles.
Or use the system to forcibly control him, turning this Gretchin who knows too many secrets into his puppet.
But Toothy seemed completely oblivious to his murderous intent and continued talking to herself.
His voice carried a hint of self-mockery, but also a hint of resolve.
"No matter what Seven-Smasha wants to do, I will help Seven-Smasha unconditionally!"
Actually, Toothy had guessed a long time ago that Lynn wasn't a real Orks.
He looked down at his hands, hands that once only picked up scraps of Orks left on the ground by orcs, but now held the power of a powerful clan.
To be honest, Lynn was very good at disguising herself.
But Lynn never possessed the Orks man's inherent warlike nature, impulsiveness, or reckless madness.
Or, it was faked.
He was too calm, his calculations too precise; every step seemed to have been planned in advance.
Even the most outrageous actions have a hidden purpose behind them; this is something Orks would never do.
There are also many subconscious habits, such as the way he eats, the way he speaks, and the way he looks at other Orks people, which are not like those of Orks.
His eyes remained fixed on Lynn, filled with gratitude, without a trace of fear.
Lynn didn't respond to him, but Toothy didn't care.
Just like he didn't care at all who Lynn was or what she was up to.
"What was I originally? I was at the very bottom of Carl II, a Gretchin that any Ork Boyz could step on or spit on."
"They stole my things, made fun of me, and enjoyed watching me get chased and bitten by Squig."
"My companions who were with me, some were trampled to death, others were used as bait to lure those terrifying insects, and not even their bones were left."
In this dog-eat-dog world of Orks people, Toothy has never shown any kindness, and he has never felt any sense of belonging to this race.
"You gave me everything I have now, making me the leader of the Hokage Clan, and making those Orks who used to look down on me bow down in respect."
"You gave me dignity, and that's enough for me."
It doesn't care at all if it betrays its own kind.
Ungrateful? In the eyes of the Orks, this has never been a derogatory term.
Lynn looked at the Gretchin in front of him and slowly loosened his grip on the barrel.
He remained silent for a long time, and finally sighed softly.
He accurately predicted the Sith's weaknesses and Chandler's ambitions, as well as the greed of the various clans.
But what he didn't expect was that the first person to see through his secret was actually this Gretchin he initially only regarded as a puppet.
"Never mind..."
Lynn put down the wine barrel, raised his hand, and tapped the holographic projection.
He revealed to Toothy the core task of leveraging the Sith as a fulcrum.
Lynn dared not face the Sith alone, who possessed powerful Psychic Power.
If they discover my "impurity," then all the plans I've been working on for so long will be ruined.
Finally, Lynn planned to have Toothy, as the leader of the Hokage Clan, meet with Sith and gain his trust.
Toothy nodded heavily, his eyes filled with determination.
Three days later, in the core area of Carl II, outside Sith's room.
Toothy straightened his armor and addressed the Psychic Power Boy at the door, neither humble nor arrogant:
" Toothy, the leader of the Hokage Clan, requests an audience with Chief Sith to report on an important matter concerning the safety of Carl II."
The Psychic Power Boy looked at the Gretchin in front of him, and surprisingly, a hint of appreciation appeared on his face.
In the world of Orks, Gretchin are always the lowest of the low.
But the fact that Toothy had managed to rise from the very bottom to this point impressed him.
After waiting for more than half an hour, the Psychic Power Boy finally came out and led Toothy into a room.
Sith didn't meet Toothy in the main hall, but in a cluttered storage room.
Clearly, the Sith remain unchanged, showing no interest whatsoever even in the rising power of the new Orks.
Toothy, however, didn't care at all. He straightened his back and stood in the center of the storage room, not trembling like the other Gretchin.
He didn't look around aimlessly; he just stood there quietly, with a composed demeanor.
Another ten minutes or so passed, and a series of imposing footsteps came from the doorway.
Sith walked in.
He wore a dark green robe, his bare arms were covered with runes, and green Psychic Power fluctuations emanated from his body.
Just standing there, he exudes a sense of oppressive tension, as if a storm is brewing.
His cloudy gray eyes swept over Toothy, with undisguised probing and scrutiny.
Toothy could feel that every inch of his skin was being seen through by the Orks in front of him.
"What important matters concerning the safety of Carl II could a Gretchin possibly have?"
Sith's voice carried a Psychic Power buzz that made the dust in the room tremble slightly.
You only have one minute.
Toothy raised his head and met Sith's gaze. He got straight to the point, and with one sentence, he struck the deepest thorn in Sith's heart.
"Boss Sith, I'm just daring to remind you."
"The day Chandler emerges from his seclusion to decipher the Mecha Cache might just be the day when Ragnar's power begins to crumble!"
