Countless metal fragments, twisted weapon wreckage, and the mangled corpses of human soldiers erupted along with the shockwave.

The flashing alarm lights on the screen and the green glow emanating from the Anna illuminated the soldiers on duty in the corridor.

"A large object is approaching at high speed and is expected to collide in ten seconds!"
"Turn the Void Shield to maximum power!" Dominic snapped back to reality and shouted.
"All personnel, hold onto fixed objects and prepare for impact!"
He walked to the center of the bridge and drew his precision-engineered Power Sword.
The disintegration field on the sword was activated, bursting forth with blue light.
"Soldiers!" Dominic's voice echoed throughout every corner of the Gemstone via the radio.
"The evil Xenos, with its unknown blasphemous power, blocked our attack and devoured our comrades."
Do they think they can defeat us this way?
"No!"
The Gemstone is still here, and we're still here!
"We are the Emperor's warriors, we are the guardians of humanity!"

The green Waaagh! Energy collided and rubbed against the blue Void Shield, emitting a hissing sound and splashing countless energy sparks.
The Void Shield's energy bar is dropping rapidly.
This time, however, the Anna was unable to easily penetrate the Gemstone's defenses as it had with the frigates.
As the Imperium's top-tier Victory-class Battleship, the Gemstone's defenses employed a multi-layered, multi-array Void Shield design.
The massive maw, capable of easily crushing the Void Shield of a frigate, was now firmly stuck above the Gemstone, unable to advance even an inch further.
"Great! We've stopped it!" the guard captain shouted excitedly.
"That's right, it can't swallow us!"
The officers on the bridge were filled with renewed hope.
Without the protection of the giant maw, the Anna's hull was completely exposed to the firepower of other human warships.
"Pass on my order: all other warships, immediately concentrate fire on the Anna's hull!" Dominic shouted the command.
"It can't move now, beat it hard!"
"Yes, sir!"
The three Mars-class Battlecruiser and dozens of cruisers and frigates hiding behind the Carl II immediately turned their guns and opened fire on the broadside and stern of the Anna.
Countless lasers and shells rained down on the Anna's hull like a storm.
Without the protection of the cauldron, the Orks armor was utterly unable to withstand the firepower of the human fleet.
The armor plates were torn off piece by piece, and explosions continued to occur inside the ship.
The screams of the Orks were incessant.
"Hold on, just ten more minutes!"
"The next salvo from the main guns will destroy it!" Dominic's eyes were resolute.
If they can hold out for these ten minutes, the Anna will be completely destroyed.
