The group later traveled to the Cold Night Realm to reinforce its defenders as the Evil Race launched another attack.

• Mu Fusheng, Ye Qiubai, Shi Sheng, and Mu Qingqing’s group descended the black staircase, overcame its illusion, and reached the blood-red plains, where they joined the attack on the Extraterrestrial Evil Race.
• Xiao Hei emerged from the black hall, suppressed the Evil Race, and drained its forces with a black millstone, then revealed that his clan had scattered two of his souls and six of his spirits.
• Mu Zhengting exposed Prince Linlong’s treason, and Prince Linlong joined the Evil Race and agreed to provide intelligence in exchange for resources and a new bloodline.

• He Zidao led the reinforcements through the black-mist blockade and joined Han Qianye in Cold City, while Mu Wan'er, Dong Xiaoqin, Mu Fusheng, and Ning Chenxin prepared supplies and defenses.
• The Extraterrestrial Evil Race attacked the Cold Night Empire’s main city, and He Zidao faced the Evil King as Han Qianye and the others fought the Evil Generals behind Ning Chenxin’s reinforced formation.

Ye Qiubai and his allies fought the Extraterrestrial Evil Race, then sought to turn seven Mid-Latitude factions against one another rather than surrender the Boundless Realm. Their plan disrupted the invaders’ demands, but He Wuwei attacked and erased thousands of cultivators, leaving the survivors to face the fight.

• Ye Qiubai and the Cottage members helped defeat the Evil Race’s generals, while Jian Wufeng arrived and forced the Evil King to retreat.
• Mu Zhengting purged Prince Linlong’s informants, and Ye Qiubai’s group entered the Cold Night Mystic Realm to cultivate before returning to capture Prince Linlong.
• Liu Ziru revealed that the seal at Boundary Mountain would break within seven days and that a Blood Transformation Realm Evil Race prodigy had ordered the attack.
• The Evil Race invaded, but an old man stopped Xie Nan from killing Ye Qiubai, and the human forces retreated behind the World-Purifying Great Arrays.
• He Wuwei arrived with six other Mid-Latitude forces and demanded a star map in exchange for allowing the Boundless Realm to retain only ten percent of its resources.

The Cottage disciples returned to the Wilderness Realm, where Ye Qiubai recruited Hao Tian and Ning Chenxin exposed the Buddhist Sect’s plot. Lu Changsheng entered Mortal Village, mastered its movement technique, and became entangled in a dispute over the village chief’s position.

• Little Bird arrived at Boundary Mountain and killed He Wuwei and the other attackers, then the Cottage disciples returned home and helped defeat the Extraterrestrial Evil Race.
• Ye Qiubai and the Cottage disciples lectured at the Hidden Dao Academy, then Ye Qiubai guided sword cultivators and began the Azure Cloud Sword Sect’s recruitment.
• Ning Chenxin uncovered the Buddhist Sect’s scheme, destroyed its defenses, exposed its leaders, and declared laws for the realm under the Study’s authority.
• Hao Tian passed the Azure Cloud Sword Sect’s recruitment trials and asked Ye Qiubai to teach him, so Ye Qiubai set him three further trials.

After a spatial storm scattered the Cottage disciples, Ye Qiubai and Xiao Hei each grew stronger in the Mid-Latitude Realm, while Ye Qiubai rescued Mu Ziqing from the Lü Lineage and the Vast Sea Sect.

• Lu Changsheng protected Xing Cheng in Mortal Village’s trial, defeated the Bone-Winged Serpent Tiger, and claimed the participants’ jade seals.
• Lu Changsheng killed Duan Chaohe, Yun Ziru, and He Zhen, then destroyed the Northern Underworld Dragon Suppression Hall and obtained Black-Yellow Qi in exchange for helping Mortal Village if it faced trouble.
