A bead of cold sweat slid down Odin's forehead.
He hadn't felt this kind of threat for many years.
Even across the theoretically unlimited physical distance of the interlayered world, he could clearly sense the frenzied, devouring desire within Chen Mo's body.
After completing the construction and conquest of the world.
Chen Mo has deviated from Odin's understanding of life; if anything, he seems somewhat like Eternity, whom he had met once before.
Odin even had a delusion.
If he stared at it for a few more seconds, the guy opposite him would follow his gaze and crawl over to examine what the Asgard god-king tasted like.
This is not impossible.
Chen Mo was just asking for Cul's address.
Odin gripped the Gungnir tightly, the golden light in his single eye flashing rapidly. Complex divine runes appeared within the Sanctum, eventually coalescing into a set of spatial coordinates.
"The seal is located in northern Norway, beneath the Svalbard."
Without the slightest hesitation, he sent the coordinates directly into the rift.
"The seal is located 30,000 meters underground, and its outer layer is covered by my divine power. There is also a special piece of Uru metal there, used to isolate Cul from the outside world."
Chen Mo raised his hand and grabbed the golden rune.
A flood of location information rushed into my mind.
"Why didn't you just agree to this earlier?"
Odin looked at him expressionlessly.
Cul wields fear, while Chen Mo enjoys devouring.
One is the tyrannical and ruthless former God-King, and the other is a monster who has just become an individual world.
Bringing these two together, regardless of who ends up unlucky, won't be a bad thing for Odin.
Shifting the blame eastward?
No.
This is a rational allocation of combat resources.
The Ancient One removed the defensive magic array above the Sanctum and slowly walked to the side of the crack.
Faced with the ever-present fear of death emanating from Chen Mo, he not only did not retreat, but instead leaned out half of his body to carefully examine Chen Mo.
His gaze swept from Chen Mo's head to his feet, then fixed on the disappearing golden cracks.
"How interesting. My understanding of magic is still far from sufficient."
The Ancient One raised a finger, and a tiny golden spell touched Chen Mo's arm before being instantly absorbed.
"Could you slow down and do it again?"
Chen Mo looked down at him.
"Old man, are you using me as a test subject?"
"Throughout history, in all the cases I know of, the construction of dimensions has always required establishing a stable space outside of reality before connecting one's own spirit to the core of the world."
The Ancient One ignored his protest and cast another spell.
The result was the same.
The golden energy was torn apart and analyzed by the rules within Chen Mo's body as soon as it came into contact with Chen Mo, and ultimately became part of the new world.
The Ancient One marveled.
"But you didn't establish an external dimension, nor did you set up a core for the world. You stuffed the laws into every cell, and then used the body to bear all the rules."
Is there a problem?
"This is a big problem, and I can't solve it for you."
The Ancient One stroked his beard.
"Your unorthodox approach has shattered the understanding of dimensions held by generations of mages."
Chen Mo raised an eyebrow.
"You sound really impressive."
"You can be more confident; this is truly impressive."
The Ancient One nodded seriously.
"If anyone else had tried, it would have exploded by now."
"That's because he's not in good health."
Chen Mo stretched his shoulders.
The black and red carapace gradually receded into his body, and the crimson-gold patterns disappeared as well. He returned to his normal appearance and glanced down at the coordinates.
Cul's location has been determined.
There's no point in staying here any longer.
Chen Mo took a step forward, preparing to enter the New York Sanctum through the crack.
Just as his foot was about to touch the crack, the Ancient One's expression suddenly changed.
Buzz!
Hundreds of golden magic arrays were deployed simultaneously.
Layer upon layer of magical barriers blocked the exit, almost completely sealing off the entire void rift.
Chen Mo's feet were on the barrier.
Click.
The outermost hundred or so magic arrays shattered on the spot.
The entire Sanctum shook violently, and magical artifacts hanging on the walls fell to the ground. The chair behind Odin slid several meters to the side, but he caught it with his hand.
Chen Mo stopped what he was doing and looked up at the Ancient One.
"Old Master, what do you mean by this?"
The Ancient One wiped the cold sweat from her forehead.
"Hold on."
"I'm in a hurry, you have no idea how hungry I am!"
"I know."
"Then why are you blocking my way?"
Chen Mo rolled his eyes.
The Ancient One raised his hand and pointed outside the Sanctum.
Cracks reappeared in the sky above New York, where the recently repaired skies had been restored. Black streaks began to spread from above the Sanctum, covering tens of kilometers in the blink of an eye.
The crowd, whose streets had just returned to order, looked up at the sky once again.
Some people screamed in place, trying to fix the sky, while others turned and ran.
"Did you see that? The spatial structure around you has already begun to collapse even before you've entered reality."
The Ancient One formed hand seals, continuously reinforcing the barrier around the crack.
"Your body is no longer just a living entity. The rules, energies, and internal spaces make your mass equivalent to a small world."
Chen Mo looked at himself.
"Um, but I don't feel like I've gained weight?"
" Chen Mo, this is quality at the dimensional level, it has nothing to do with weight."
Can you speak human language?
The Ancient One was silent for two seconds.
"You're too heavy; you'll crush the Earth."
The Sanctum fell silent.
Odin turned his head and looked in the other direction.
He didn't want to laugh out loud at this moment.
Chen Mo stared at the Ancient One, his gaze gradually turning hostile.
"Old man, you never said before that we couldn't return to Earth after constructing this world."
"The dimensions constructed by normal mages are all outside their bodies; their true forms are still just ordinary life forms."
The Ancient One's speaking speed noticeably increased.
"I never expected you to devour the rules of the world's inner sphere, let alone that you could compress an entire dimension into your body. There is no record of this in the records left by the Sorcerer Supreme throughout history."
Chen Mo raised his hand and placed it on the barrier.
Large golden cracks appeared rapidly.
The sky outside the Sanctum also cracked open, and the windows of several tall buildings shattered simultaneously. Spatial fluctuations spread into the distance, and a second, overlapping phantom was faintly appearing over New York.
That was a vision projected from Chen Mo's inner world.
Countless crimson-gold specks floated in the darkness, and dense black-red matter covered the void. With just a brief contact, the real world began to be affected by its rules.
The Ancient One immediately raised her hands and cast a spell to stabilize the sky.
"If you don't want to destroy the Earth, then stop moving."
Chen Mo stopped moving.
You have to give me a solution.
"Avatar."
The Ancient One pointed to his body.
"Leave the original body, and let a portion of its consciousness and power form an avatar. As long as it doesn't carry the complete rules of the world, Earth can withstand it."
How much power can it carry?
"It's best not to exceed the stability limits of Earth's space."
How much exactly?
"Enough for you to move around on Earth."
"Can we fight Cul?"
The Ancient One looked at Odin, and Odin looked at him in return.
Neither of them answered immediately, but thought for a while.
"Able."
Odin spoke quickly.
"I've imprisoned Cul in a special dimension. The physical seal isn't very strong. You can use your avatar to find it and then go directly through the interlayer."
Chen Mo stared at the barrier blocking his way and remained silent for half a second.
A mass of dark red substance detached from his shoulder, passed through the void rift, and rapidly expanded within the Sanctum.
Bones, flesh, and skin.
In less than a second, another Chen Mo stood in front of the Ancient One.
The avatar looked down at its hands, then sensed the energy within its body; it was only enough to destroy the Milky Way.
"It's alright, just barely enough."
The Ancient One finally breathed a sigh of relief and removed part of the golden barrier.
Chen Mo's physical body remained in the interlayer of the world, while his avatar turned and walked towards the gate of the Sanctum.
The Ancient One frowned.
" Chen Mo, you need to be careful to hold back."
Chen Mo did not turn around.
