Lynn turned Soldier Boy into a celebrated wartime hero while helping Dr. Erskine create Steve Rogers as a moral counterweight. As Steve became Captain America, Lynn built influence and a private business empire, then helped Steve defy Senator Brandt and choose his own path.
Lynn Morris built influence through the Captain America campaign, the Patriot Foundation, and his growing Foresight empire while turning Soldier Boy and Human Torch against Hydra. As Hydra’s Perfect Beings overwhelmed the Allies and Steve fell unconscious, Lynn stabilized Steve and sent Soldier Boy and Human Torch to attack Hydra’s plants with Foresight weapons.
Lynn Morris engineered Steve Rogers’s final mission, expanded Vought into entertainment and intelligence, and built a controlled superhero system. By the end, he had spread Compound V across the country and set S.H.I.E.L.D. and Senator Kelly’s investigators against each other in a staged crisis.
Lynn and Vought manipulated metahuman fears, using Adrien Dubois as the Deconstructionist to push public support toward sweeping registration powers. Yasuo killed Adrien and joined Vought, while Howard and Maria’s deaths left Lynn responsible for Tony; four years later, Vought encountered Vers and learned Skrulls had infiltrated Earth.
Carol Danvers recovered her memories and learned the truth about the Kree, but Vought seized control of the alien confrontation and shaped the public story to its advantage. As Vought contained the Skrulls and pursued their abilities, its leaders also advanced covert schemes beyond the alien crisis.
Lynn Morris expanded Vought’s influence through fabricated scandals, engineered heroes, and schemes targeting both S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra. The arc ended with Homelander forced into Vought’s control, Yasuo setting out on his own, and Maria Hill uncovering a lead to the Winter Soldier’s Siberian facility.
Lynn Morris advanced Vought’s plans by manipulating S.H.I.E.L.D., infiltrating Wakanda, and building a new Shocker from Hydra’s remnants. The stretch ended with Homelander making his public debut as Soldier Boy’s son and defending his father against questions about Nicaragua.
Shocker used staged attacks, mass casualties, and false leads to reshape public opinion and destabilize S.H.I.E.L.D., while Lynn maneuvered behind the scenes and Fury sought a way to restore trust. In Hell’s Kitchen, the Joker escalated his campaign against Daredevil until armed residents rioted and Daredevil heard the Joker’s laughter in his head.
Joker pushed Daredevil to abandon his code as Shocker’s attacks escalated and Steve Rogers tried to reach Bucky. Meanwhile, Yasuo and Hector joined forces against the Magia and Count Nefaria, and the stretch ended with them surrounded inside the Eden club.
Yasuo uncovered Avarish and Fahima’s betrayal and destroyed them, while Vought created Supergirl and Hannibal concealed Senator Stern’s murder. Elsewhere, Steve began organizing to rescue Bucky, and Joker’s escalating attacks devastated New York and left Luke Cage poisoned and imprisoned.
Daredevil and the Punisher pursued Joker and the drug-altered Luke Cage, while Captain America joined the fight against the Hand. As Vought seized control of superhuman operations and expanded its power, Matthew Murdock emerged from the Hand’s coffin transformed.
