Turles restored the Namekians, strengthened the Frieza Force, and tested Frieza's new form while Trunks and Son Goten arrived from a ruined future. After meeting Turles, the boys joined his army and demonstrated their strength, ending with Son Goku facing them in a sparring match.

• Turles oversaw the revival of the Namekians, and the Grand Elder appointed Moori his successor before dying.
• Granolah learned that the Heeters had destroyed Planet Cereal and that Bardock had protected its survivors, but he kept his resentment toward the Frieza Force hidden.
• Turles returned to the Sixth Branch as the Namek battle documentary increased support for Frieza, and he later toured planets to promote peace and trade.
• Trunks and Son Goten fought Red Ribbon Army Defenders, then learned that the androids protected Earth in this timeline and used the Dragon Radar to find the Lookout.
• Turles stopped Trunks and Son Goten at the Lookout, learned about their ruined future and Cell, and took them to the Sixth Branch as his disciples.
• Trunks and Son Goten defeated Amond and Daiz in a sparring match, then challenged Son Goku and Piccolo.
• Turles chose Son Goku to fight the boys, and Son Goku caught both of their opening punches without moving.

Trunks and Son Goten completed their first mission as Super Saiyans and rescued Tapion, leading Turles to confront the sealed Hirudegarn. After the demon retreated into Tapion, the Frieza Force sought its other half while Turles explored ways to protect Tapion and strengthen the Hero's Flute.

• Trunks and Son Goten revealed their Super Saiyan forms, trained under Turles, and completed a mission to destroy a space pirate base and retrieve its leader’s communicator.
• Trunks and Son Goten rescued Tapion from Gokua, and Vegeta arrived as a Super Saiyan and destroyed Gokua before the group brought Tapion to Planet Yardrat.
• Tapion explained that Hirudegarn was sealed inside him, and Turles had him release the Phantom Majin so he could assess its power.
• Turles shattered Hirudegarn’s manifested body, driving it back into Tapion and stabilizing the seal, while Tapion revealed that the demon’s other half was sealed inside his younger brother, Minosha.
• Turles refused Tapion’s request to kill him, and Trunks and Son Goten demonstrated their Fusion Technique, becoming Gotenks, whom Turles quickly defeated in a test of strength.
• A mysterious caller offered Hoi help in freeing Hirudegarn, while Babidi and Dabura detected the demon’s power and Babidi considered using it alongside Majin Buu.
• Turles took Tapion to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Korin, and Master Roshi in search of a solution, then brought him to Fortuneteller Baba, who offered to enhance the Hero’s Flute with an ancient technique.

Hoi restored Hirudegarn, but Tapion and the others could not keep the monster sealed in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Majin Buu absorbed Tapion and then Hirudegarn, leaving Turles to face Phantom Majin Buu.

• Fortuneteller Baba purified Tapion’s Hero’s Flute, and Turles left Earth to investigate Hoi while Babidi and Hoi worked to restore Hirudegarn.
• Hoi reunited Hirudegarn’s two halves, and Gotenks and Son Goku fought the monster while Tapion used the flute to absorb and seal it in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
• Hirudegarn escaped the chamber through a spatial rift, and Turles returned to help Gotenks and the injured defenders fight it.
• Majin Buu emerged from underground, absorbed Tapion, and transformed with Tapion’s Hero’s Sword and Hero’s Flute.
• Turles weakened Majin Buu with a Spirit Fission punch, but Buu absorbed Hirudegarn and became Phantom Majin Buu.
• After recovering with a Senzu Bean, Turles attacked Phantom Majin Buu, but the monster repeatedly evaded his strikes and countered him.

Turles defeated Phantom Majin Buu, restored Earth, and helped Trunks and Son Goten return to their own time. When evil souls escaped from Hell, Turles joined the Galactic Patrol and the Kais to confront the threat, while Hoi and Bojack’s fighters moved against Tapion.

• Turles used borrowed Ki to transform into a Golden Great Ape, defeated Phantom Majin Buu, destroyed Hirudegarn, and helped Kami seal Fat Buu.
• Turles asked Kami to use the Dragon Balls to restore Earth, and Tapion chose to live on after the devastation was undone.
• Trunks and Son Goten returned to their future, where Gotenks killed Cell and reassured Bulma.
• Turles helped Fat Buu separate and absorb Pure Evil Buu, while Dr. Gero welcomed the Ginyu Force to the growing Frieza Force.
• Jaco and Merus told Turles that evil souls had escaped from Hell, and Turles agreed to help the Land of the Dead.
• Turles traveled with Merus, Jaco, Supreme Kai Shin, and Kibito to the Land of the Dead, where he broke the barrier around King Yemma’s palace and went to seek the monster in Hell.
• The Grand Kai told Turles that a monster born from unpurified souls had overwhelmed Heaven’s strongest warriors, and Turles insisted on facing it.
• Hoi summoned Hirudegarn’s phantom beneath its statue as Tapion confronted him, then Bojack and his four fighters surrounded Tapion.
