Bulma looked at Goku with a strange expression as she listened to Goku words; the name Videl sounded like a girl's name.
What did Goku mean by that?
She wouldn't interfere with her son's dating life, but he's only seven years old—isn't that a bit too early? Too precocious?
Are elementary school students these days really that outrageous?
If Goku knew that Bulma thought this way, he would definitely nod and answer her seriously – yes!
The elementary school students he remembered were very precocious.
Although Bulma had her doubts, she didn't ask them in front of Gohan.
It wasn't until night, when Goku and Bulma were lying in bed, that he asked the question that had been bothering him.
Bulma had already told Gohan to sleep separately from them. Why wouldn't she separate them and disturb their time together?
" Goku, what did you mean when you told Gohan with that girl named Videl?"
Goku was somewhat surprised by Bulma's words. What could she possibly mean?
As a father, can't you think about your son's future?
He thinks Videl is so much better than Dilraba! Anyway, he thinks she's the best for Gohan, and he's definitely shipping this pairing.
"What could it mean? It's like trying to get them together."
Bulma was almost caught off guard by Goku's words. Would Goku really do something like that?
And Gohan is only seven years old! Are they already trying to matchmake him?
Bulma squinted at Goku, sensing that Goku was hiding something from her.
"Haha, Bulma, do you know why I reacted so strongly the first time I heard Videl's name?"
Seeing Bulma staring at him like that, Goku decided to tell her a story that was half true and half false.
"Hmm~?" Bulma tilted her head, staring at Goku with wide blue eyes in confusion.
" In the Future Timeline I went to, Gohan and Videl got together. Videl is a very good girl."
That's all Goku could say. Did he also say that in his memories after the Fusion Gohan and Videl were together?
The matter of Fusion was a secret in his heart, something he wanted to keep to himself to avoid causing trouble.
Hearing Goku say this, Bulma understood that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, this girl named Videl would become her daughter-in-law in the future.
She thought she could go and meet this girl named Videl sometime.
"Oh right! I remember now, your future self asked me to bring you a gift."
Goku then remembered the Hoi-Poi Capsule Future Bulma. He took the Hoi-Poi Capsule out of his Storage Space and handed it to Bulma.
"A gift from my future self to me?"
Bulma took the Hoi-Poi Capsule, looking at it with some doubt, her curiosity urging her to open it quickly.
She glanced at Goku watching her from the corner of her eye, a mischievous smile appearing on her lips.
"Hey, Goku, come with me to a more open area."
Bulma got up and pulled Goku off the bed. Goku didn't resist, but asked Bulma with some confusion.
" Bulma, what's wrong? Why are you dragging me to an open area?"
They were both still wearing their pajamas.
"Oh dear, just think about it, what if my future self gives me a really big gift? Better safe than sorry!"
While Bulma was explaining, the two arrived at a spacious corridor.
Bulma threw the super glue onto the ground, and with a thud, a book appeared on the floor.
"A book?"
Bulma walked forward with a puzzled look and picked up a thick, somewhat worn book.
He casually opened the book and began to read its contents.
Goku waited on the side, but several minutes passed, and Bulma remained engrossed in her book.
Goku couldn't resist touching Bulma's shoulder.
" Goku, stop fooling around, let me look carefully."
Well, it's clear that Bulma from the future gave Bulma something related to technology, and now Bulma is completely absorbed in it.
If he wasn't mistaken, it should be the notebook containing notes about the principles of Time Machine.
However, Goku's touch reminded Bulma that they were still standing in the hallway in their pajamas, so she briefly closed her notebook.
"Let's go, Goku, let's go back to our room first."
After saying that, Bulma ignored Goku and went straight back to her room.
When Goku returned to his room, he found Bulma changing her clothes.
She was only wearing a nightgown, so Goku saw her completely naked while she was changing. However, Bulma didn't think it was a big deal; they were an old married couple.
" Bulma, it's so late, are you going to the lab?"
Goku watched Bulma change into her white lab coat and asked her with a mixture of doubt and certainty.
"Um!"
Bulma replied and walked out of the room from Goku's side, leaving Goku completely bewildered.
Before Goku could react, Bulma launched a surprise attack.
He gripped the doorframe with both hands, leaned forward to expose his upper body, and looked at Goku with a big smile.
" Goku, sleep well, don't worry about me, goodbye!" This time Bulma didn't look back.
Goku returned to bed, somewhat amused and exasperated. Bulma was just like that; she seemed unchanged for over ten years.
There's nothing he can do; he just loves Bulma's quirky and mischievous nature.
Bulma was right. There was no need for him to worry. Bulma's dimension was already at the Kami. She could go without sleep for days on end without any problems.
He's in high spirits and still a normal person.
However, he felt that with Bulma's intelligence, she might give him a surprise when she woke up.
Since that's the case, Goku simply stopped sleeping. In fact, he rarely slept anyway, mostly using meditation instead.
The next morning, Goku arrived at Bulma's laboratory early.
Upon entering the laboratory, Goku immediately spotted Bulma staring intently at the glass window in front of her.
Inside the glass window was a huge room where various robotic arms were assembling something, creating a futuristic atmosphere.
Goku rarely visits Bulma's lab, and every time he does, he's utterly astonished, because no man can resist that damn sci-fi vibe.
" Bulma..."
"Shh~"
Goku was about to call out to Bulma, but Bulma turned her head and put a single finger to her lips, shushing Goku.
Goku quieted down and stood next to Bulma, watching the mechanical arm assemble things.
About ten seconds later, the robotic arms stopped operating and slowly rose through the glass windows of the two rooms. One of the robotic arms handed over something that looked like Gravity Bracelet.
Bulma took it from the robotic arm, which then returned to its original room, and the glass window slowly closed.
" Bulma, what is this? It looks like Gravity Bracelet." Goku asked Bulma with a puzzled look.
Who told Bulma to be so mysterious before? It piqued Goku's curiosity.
"This, you could say it's Gravity Bracelet!"
Bulma paused for a moment, then looked at Goku with a big smile.
"This is an upgraded version of the Gravity Bracelet, not only reaching a maximum gravity of 450 times, but also enabling communication across time and space!"
