Remaining Outside Shrek Academy

Xiao Xiao reunites with Xiao Yan at the Xiao Clan’s newly built home in Xiaoshan City after his Far North expedition. When Xiao Zhan proposes sending both children to Shrek Academy, she immediately declares that she will go wherever her brother goes 5.

Xiao Zhan intends the academy to keep his children safe while the recently relocated clan deals with competing local forces. Xiao Yan rejects the plan, and their father ultimately agrees. Xiao Zhong later suggests enrolling Xiao Xiao to counter the Ling Clan’s political pressure, but Xiao Zhan refuses to reopen the matter 6 7.

Star Luo City and Her Third Soul Ring

Xiao Xiao accompanies Xiao Yan and Xiao Zhong to Star Luo City. During the journey, her brother uses traces of Bone Spirit Cold Flame to accelerate her cultivation. At the auction, he buys her a defensive Soul Tool and later gives her a Mystic Water Pill. She also urges him not to purchase the Spirit-Devouring Carving Knife after learning that it consumes its owners’ life force, though he proceeds 8 9 10.

After reaching level thirty, she prepares for a Soul Hunt in the Star Dou Great Forest. Rescuing Huo Yuhao

On the return journey, Xiao Xiao intervenes when a Wind Baboon pursues Huo Yuhao. She knocks the beast away with her cauldron, introduces herself, and offers to help him obtain his first Soul Ring. Xiao Yan refuses to take responsibility for the search, leaving her distressed about Huo Yuhao’s safety 12.

A New Teacher and Her Brother’s Departure

As part of the settlement with the Ling Clan, Xiao Yan asks Ling Luochen to supervise Xiao Xiao’s cultivation for three years. Ling Luochen agrees to teach for approximately half of each year, subject to her own cultivation and academy obligations 16 17.

Xiao Xiao is lively, mischievous, and openly affectionate toward her brother.
