• Xu Long uncovered the Wolf King’s plan to use the Eye of Eternity auction to provoke a battle between the Dark Council and the Holy See, then escaped with Lin as the factions fought.
• Xu Long awakened the Dragon Emperor with the Eye of Eternity and joined him in confronting Zi Yuan at the Divine Hall of Eternal Life.
• Xu Long and his allies defeated Guo Ming and the Yeti King while the Dragon Emperor sacrificed himself to weaken Zi Yuan.

Back in the Main World, he defeated another Ghost Demon at Maoling and descended into a passage with the Fire King and Celestial Master Yuanling to investigate what the Calming Mind Demon Stones were restraining.

• Xu Long refused foreign leaders’ demands for the Primordial Chaos Art, negotiated support for the Yanhuang Divine Kingdom, and entered the martial world as Linghu Chong.
• Xu Long recovered the Bixie Sword Manual, rescued the Lin family, and wiped out the Qingcheng Sect before heading to Liu Zhengfeng’s hand-washing ceremony.
• Xu Long fought the Mount Song Sect at the ceremony, killed Fei Bin, the Thirteen Grand Protectors, and Zuo Lengchan, and obtained the Azure Firmament Celestial Star Formation Diagram.

Xu Long claimed the Hollow Earth World Core fragment, raised the world's cultivation limit, and entered a wuxia quest as Zhang Wuji. After taking the Nine Yang Divine Skill and entangling Zhou Zhiruo and Zhao Min in his schemes, he planned to turn the Xuanming Elders against each other and unite the Six Great Sects with the Ming Cult against the Yuan Dynasty.

• Xu Long freed Wei Qing from his coffin, then worked with him to confront Japan’s monsters, tame Godzilla’s family, and send Kong into Hollow Earth.
• Xu Long explored Hollow Earth, killed the hostile Sun-Chasing Rats and Cyclopes, and claimed the World Core fragment, completing the quest and raising the cultivation limit to the Golden Core Stage.
• Xu Long entered a wuxia quest as Zhang Wuji and set out to kill the Fireworker Monk, using rats and bats to weaken him and obtain the Nine Yang Divine Skill.
• Xu Long spent the night with Zhou Zhiruo, then watched her wound Song Qingshu and leave for Mount Emei after Song knocked Xu Long over a cliff.
• Xu Long traded rat and bat meat for the Nine Yang Divine Skill and transferred the Fireworker Monk’s True Qi into Rice Bucket, while Song Qingshu accused Zhou Zhiruo and Zhang Wuji before the Wudang elders.

Xu Long formed a Golden Core, became the Ming Cult’s leader, and ended the conflict at Bright Peak to turn the sects against the Yuan. The campaign brought him to Dadu, where he and his allies fought mutated armies while Zhang Sanfeng and Dong Tianbao pursued the possessed Song Qingshu.

• Xu Long drew the Xuanming Elders into his Lightning Tribulation, killed them, and survived to form a Golden Core.
• Song Yuanqiao crippled and expelled Song Qingshu, while Dong Tianbao summoned an ancient god to help him overcome the Ghost Demon’s corruption.
• Xu Long restored Xie Xun’s sight, captured Cheng Kun, and became the Ming Cult’s leader after healing Yang Xiao and the other leaders.
