Bibi Dong met Yu Xiaogang while traveling with a merchant caravan. The spiders represented her own Martial Spirits; their distribution later caused Wang Hao’s identity to be misunderstood 865 1069.

Qian Xunji subsequently threatened Yu Xiaogang’s life and forced Bibi Dong to end their relationship with deliberately hurtful words. Although she acted to protect him, Yu Xiaogang believed the rejection and later became involved with Liu Erlong 904 1058.

Qian Xunji also attempted to assault Bibi Dong, but his impotence and Qian Daoliu’s intervention prevented him from doing so. Separately, she carried Qian Renxue: an embryo Wang Hao had created from the Great Angel Goddess’s remnant true spirit and soul combined with Essence Blood. Accession and Wang Hao’s Deception

Bibi Dong succeeded her injured teacher, Qian Xunji, as pope with his and Qian Daoliu’s support. Her rank-81 cultivation was below the usual requirement, but she had already demonstrated her ability to kill a Titled Douluo. Nevertheless, she initially lacked command over Spirit Hall’s strongest forces 863 865 867.

When Wang Hao arrived through a puppet Spirit Guidance Device, she mistook him for Yu Xiaogang acting through a remote avatar. His birthday gift—a notebook containing a cultivation method—convinced her that her former lover still cared for her. Wang Hao exploited the misunderstanding to obtain her trust and cooperation 865 866.

She announced a year of seclusion and began rebuilding her cultivation under his guidance. When Qian Xunji tried to reclaim the papacy after hearing that her cultivation was declining, she fought him with increased actual strength and awakened her Haki Domain. Consolidation of Spirit Hall

Wang Hao’s Dream Realm and Spirit Network proposals gave Bibi Dong the means to pursue continental unification. She studied political strategy, organized the network’s development, and oversaw a program that had taken in more than three hundred million orphans. At that stage, her subordinates still could not identify the spies among them 880 881 883.

She used Tang Feng’s need for treatment to secure Chrysanthemum Douluo’s transfer to her command. Her growing strength eventually forced Qian Daoliu to concede control of all Spirit Hall’s forces, including himself. In exchange, he asked her to leave Qian Xunji alive while they investigated the Rakshasa God and the gods’ plans 885 889.

Tournament and Founding of the Empire

During the All-Continent Elite Soul Master Tournament, Bibi Dong displayed her Haki Domain against the two empires’ experts and treated Little Nine’s soul injuries. She initially mistook him for Tang Hao’s son, correcting that assumption only after his Haotian Mirror was exposed 1000 1003 1009.

Xiao Wu attempted to assassinate her during the awards ceremony with a forbidden Void energy weapon. Bibi Dong resealed it, ordered the conspirators’ capture, and confronted Tang Hao. Although his direct attack injured her, he gained only a slight advantage. She later allowed the opposing factions to escape, intending to retain them as future opponents for training her forces 1008 1009.

Spirit Hall subsequently declared the Martial Spirit Empire. Bibi Dong had originally intended to announce it at the tournament; the lavish tournament rewards had also served to draw attention while Spirit Hall’s personnel withdrew safely from the two empires 1018 1019.

Abyssal War and the God Realm

During the Abyssal invasion, Bibi Dong joined Ah Yin against the enemy rather than attacking the Spirit Beasts. She possessed a trump card capable of trapping the Abyssal Demon Gods for a century, but it could not restrain the stronger Abyssal Sage King. After Wang Hao’s whale clone died, she received its Heaven Swallowing Devil Vat Spirit Bone and stored it in her armory world 1022 1027 1029.

She later destroyed the Sea God’s Divine Sense hidden in Qian Renxue and helped capture the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud. As increasingly dangerous planar invasions continued, she proposed deeper cooperation between the Martial Spirit Empire and the Spirit Beast clan 1036 1057.

After receiving a God Realm messenger’s letter, Bibi Dong left Douluo World. She and Ah Yin subsequently attacked Wang Hao together. In the aftermath, she declared her love to Yu Xiaogang and set a wedding date, unaware that he had intended to kill her during the preceding conflict 1058 1059 1062.

Revelation and Final Transformation

The joint wedding was interrupted, and Wang Hao’s clone later dissolved after revealing that his original self was in danger. Bibi Dong and Ah Yin sealed the God Realm and demanded answers. Evidence and the Haotian Mirror’s images exposed the schemes surrounding their lives, including Wang Hao’s use of Yu Xiaogang’s identity 1066 1067 1069.

Bibi Dong came to believe that Wang Hao had loved her and that she had repeatedly hurt him through her misunderstanding. She later burned her power with Ah Yin to intercept his sword form, believing he intended to sacrifice himself. Wang Hao deceived them once more to prevent them from following him into the River of Time 1069 1075.

After reaching Primordial Unity, the women received memories revealing that Wang Hao had never loved them. Bibi Dong also recognized scenes of her original fate: becoming the Rakshasa God, dying at Tang San’s hands, and begging for her daughter’s and disciple’s lives. These revelations drove her and Ah Yin into a complete dark transformation 1075 1076.

Her private affection contrasts sharply with her public authority. She frequently embraces and kisses Wang Hao’s avatar, becomes jealous of Liu Erlong, and longs for her beloved to appear beside her in person.
