Background
Maqiu began as a neglected, front-wheel-less shared electric scooter in the Oddity World. Other scooters mocked it for being unable to carry passengers, but it eagerly accepted Mu Rufeng's ten-yuan fare by opening a mouth in its handlebars to eat the cash. Mu Rufeng used a Flame Vehicle Card on Maqiu during their escape from a Netherworld traffic officer, allowing the scooter to race through the city and climb a building while leaving a trail of Hellfire 150.
After Mu Rufeng took Maqiu into his Item Inventory, Maqiu began calling him “master.” It accompanied him through the Oddity World and later asked permission to aid its former scooter companions when they were threatened. Its concern for those companions remained strong even after it had become much more powerful than them 152 166 167.
Maqiu successfully entered the real world with Mu Rufeng and grew by consuming Soul Coins. Although it initially believed its Level 3 hardware was its absolute limit, later vehicle cores, components, and Mu Rufeng's support allowed it to repeatedly break through that restriction 179 267 413 414.
After Mu Rufeng's return from the Eighteen Levels of Hell, he refined Maqiu into a Level 11 Spirit Treasure. The refinement removed its ghost energy, converted it into immortal power, and enabled it to transform into a spaceship capable of void travel and cross-world traversal 561.
Appearance
Maqiu's default form is a small electric scooter with a conscious voice and a mouth that emerges from its handlebars when it eats money. Its appearance and forms change substantially with upgrades and modes 150 179 561.
- Initially lacked a front wheel and was visibly dilapidated 150.
- Can become a flame-wreathed Blazing Motorcycle or Blazing Chariot 279 304.
- Mecha Transformation can produce a three-meter-tall armored form with a chest energy sphere 276.
- Its final refined form can independently transform from a motorcycle into a mecha 561.
- Can further transform into a spaceship 561.
Personality
Maqiu was initially timid, easily alarmed by stronger vehicles and the Netherworld Police Department. Mu Rufeng's support made it more confident, though it remained aware of its limits and frequently worried about Mu Rufeng's safety 150 268.
It is lively, excitable, vain, and fond of attention. Maqiu enjoys meeting fellow scooters, filming dramatic stunts, and becoming the center of public attention; it also has a habit of addressing people close to Mu Rufeng as “mistress” or “Master's Master” 296 341 351 561.
Despite its boastfulness, Maqiu is loyal and protective. When entrusted to Long Meijuan, it treated protecting her and her unborn child as a direct command from Mu Rufeng 364 580.

- Digested Soul Coins to reach Level 3 179.
- Restored its battered body after being chased by stronger vehicles by consuming 100,000 Soul Coins 268.
- Its early upgrades were limited by poor hardware rather than a lack of money 267.
- Higher breakthroughs require vehicle cores and components rather than Soul Coins alone 413 414.
High-Speed Travel and Hellfire
Maqiu's mobility increases dramatically through its vehicle modes and the Flame Vehicle Card.
- With the Flame Vehicle Card, it can travel at roughly 150 kilometers per hour on suitable roads 267.
- It can use city terrain creatively, including driving up buildings to evade pursuit 150.
- Fiery Chariot Mode surrounds it with intense flames and raises it from Level 5 to Level 6; the Flame Vehicle Card further raises it to Level 7 288.
- Its Hellfire can provide warmth, destroy obstacles, and burn seats into a tree trunk without harming its passengers 580.
Ghost Domain and Spatial Traversal
At higher levels, Maqiu gains spatial abilities normally associated with powerful vehicles.
- Upon reaching Level 7 through the Flame Vehicle Card, Maqiu states that it can fly and conduct spatial traversal 279.
- Its Level 8 breakthrough grants it a Ghost Domain 414.
- Mu Rufeng can recall Maqiu instantly to his position through a marker card, rescuing it from pursuers 268.
- After becoming a Spirit Treasure, it can travel through the void and cross worlds as a spaceship 561.
Mecha Mode
Maqiu can become, or equip others as, a combat mecha.
- Mu Rufeng's Mecha Transformation initially fused with Maqiu to create a three-meter-tall mecha capable of energy rays, energy cannons, eye lasers, flight, and power-assisted strikes 276.
- Even when its level enhancement is capped, Mecha Mode provides exceptional speed, flight, maneuverability, flamethrowers, and energy weapons 288.
- At Level 8, Maqiu develops an independent Mecha Mode rather than relying solely on Mu Rufeng's cheat 414.
- It can equip itself onto a rider as protective armor, as it did for Long Meijuan 364 580.
Storage Space and Clones
Maqiu has a personal storage space accessible through its seat compartment.
- Can store items within one meter of itself 297.
- Its lower-level clones can retain Fiery Chariot Mode and Mecha Mode, allowing Mu Rufeng to distribute them to relatives and friends for self-defense 414.
